The site is quit, safe and clean. The staff are without a doubt the best in the business. Everyone makes you feel so welcome.
Angie- keeps a tight ship; But she is fair to Staff and Guest. Angie has a calming present about her. Always
a kind word. Angie makes you feel like you been invited into her home
Kenya- is a hard-working honest person Kenya makes you feel like you are a very dear friend. She never complains Her sweet smile is always in place to brighten your day
Oscar -is a quit person who works hard at his task for the day. A little shy but a friendly person. He will go out of his way to help you.
Eugene – is such a nice young man don’t let his size fool you, He’s a Teddy bear Eugene listens intently to your needs He such a friendly person.
Chanel – is such a happy person quick with a smile to everyone she meets. Always ask if you need
anything.
Jennifer- is sweet she makes you feel that you have been giving a warm hug so kind and caring. Jennifer is very helpful.

I've stayed here on three occasions, once for a duration of nearly three months. I've also traveled the country and spent time at ESAs in other cities and states (some of which were not so great). Without exaggeration, this one is amazing. It's quiet, safe, and the location is unbeatable. Being able to stay here while my wife and I were searching for a stable living situation in the Atlanta area was truly a lifesaver, and I'm hugely thankful to Angie and Oscar for going out of their way time and again to be so helpful and accommodating.

Every time I visit this location I’m greeted with warm service, Ms Angie always have a beautiful smile and great energy. I’m pleased with the service I receive and look forward to future stays

Check in is posted as 3pm. We arrived at 4:15 to be told that our room was not cleaned yet. Returned at 5:15 to an empty lobby. Used the guest services phone without any answer. The elevator has a sign stating out of order and the area smells like the garbage needs to be taken out. Would not stay here if I had not prepaid. Have been in the lobby over 10 min without anyone coming.

Staying here has been very pleasant. The staff are so friendly, the room I got is clean. I love that the laundry room is so convenient and accessible. The location is great! Plus being right next to all the plazas and mall is just a win for me! I definitely recommend staying here

Love this hotel, I enjoy my stay each time! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. It’s so close to the mall which I love plus all the food selections are amazing. It’s just a very convenient spot to stay!

I stayed at this location on rock mill rd for 3 weeks while in Alpharetta for work. I have to say the stay was mostly pleasant as I didn’t stay in the room except to sleep. On that note sleeping was a nightmare. The bed was a rock, but that wasn’t the bad part. Throughout the stay there was a clicking/scratching coming from the wall/ceiling in the kitchen area. It would only happen during the night and early morning. On multiple occasions I woke up from a dead sleep with the feeling that something was crawling on my face or neck. I didn’t think anything of it figured it was from the fan I purchased to move some air around as the room smelled stale. Here’s the worst part. I was itchy on my neck and I had red spots on my neck and face. I don’t shave with a razor so I knew it wasn’t razor burn but couldn’t figure it out. On the last day of my stay I was standing on the carpet at the foot of my bed folding the laundry I had just done. I felt something on my leg. Looked down and my feet and legs had fleas all over them. I didn’t finish folding laundry I packed it all back in my suitcase unfolded loaded up and checked out. When I advised the front desk of my experience she explained she wouldn’t charge me for the last night as they normally would for checking out early… thanks for nothing. I filed a complaint online. Was called by the manager who heard me out and offered to compensate me for the one night of my stay because I didn’t bring it to their attention sooner… how is that acceptable?! They are FLEAS! When you stay at any hotel extended stay or otherwise you don’t expect to be chewed up by fleas therefor you aren’t looking for them. I asked for a percentage of my stay to be compensated. She did not oblige and re offered the 1 night comp. I politely declined. Called the guest relations dept who advised my case would be escalated. It’s been over a week and I’ve not been contacted by the regional manager as I was advised I would be. No resolution has been proposed by extended stay or anyone else other than the location manager who was completely unconcerned with my experience. Not that this location needs help with the bad reviews given what I’ve seen but here’s another. STAY AWAY from this location.

Attempted to stay at this location 1 week ago and in no time roaches started to come out. Came out of the burner of the stove, one was in the bathtub, crawling on the refrigerator and walls. I was disgusted we left same day and are still waiting on our money to be refunded we paid for 30 days upfront since that would be the cheapest route which makes it a total of 2,000 and some change. Still waiting on that refund 1 week later.

I reserved a room at this location through Expedia. But I was told upon reaching the hotel, that there was a $100 deposit. This was not mentioned on Expedia or in the email I had received.

I stayed at this Extended StayAmerica for eight months throughout my time here I had to call the police due to a woman being beaten in the hallway. Nothing was done by management. I was constantly berated for my room being lived in there were times when I was extremely ill with Covid and pneumonia in my room, minding my own business when management had come in after being told how sick I was and told me I had to leave the room so that they could clean. I had left the room when I came back. Nothing was different I also had a foreign object penetrate through from the bottom of my foot through to the top, which required me to go to the hospital and have it removed by having my foot cut open. This was in their parking lot after all of this I was still planning on staying here due to the fact that my rate had gone down drastically since I moved in and it was the only place at the time that me and my husband had to go. My husband, and I had been gotten into a minor argument, one day walking in extremely minor And was told by management that we had until the end of the day to leave we did not hurt anyone. We did not yell at anyone we did not touch anyone or break Anything Prior to this My husband and I had woken up to our door being beaten on by management I a Gay man was sleeping in a night gown and was told that they would not talk to me at the door of my room that I had to come out into the hallway and shut the door at which point they proceeded to make remarks about the attire I had slept in
