The professional that came to my home to do the blood and urine, his name was Dan. Dan is the Man. He made the entire process smooth and painless. I highly recommend him!

Roldan treated my husband and me with incredible kindness and professionalism! We are grateful for having received respectful and pleasant treatment throughout the process of physical examination and sample taking and it made us feel confident, your visit at home was excellent ?

I am not at all surprised I only see a 1.8 review. However, the technician that came to my house was/is awesome. He goes by Dan. But, the branch office is quite a hot mess ?♂️. They are not up to par. Next time I have to call the branch office, I know I’ll get an anxiety. Unless, I speak to someone else besides Brianna. I clearly remember her name. She is slow mentally. So, for those of you that see this review, if she answers, hang up and call again until someone else answers or ask for anyone else but her. If you speak with her, it’s a KJ and awful vibes. No professionalism. Get someone who can really help you. Or, get your service done elsewhere. Just heads up.

Excellence! I could not have asked for a better exam experience. Upon reaching my destination to the office, I found that it was clean and well kept on the exterior. After entering the office, immediately I thought to myself, "Wow!" The interior was beautiful! It was also aptly clean and sanitary. This is an upscale, and beautifully decorated office. When entering, I was greeted with a spectacular chandelier at the front entrance, and furnishings that compliment it. I was also greeted by Nurse Natanya Kemp, who was immediately warm and welcoming. Nurse Kemp guided me through the process with ease. She made it seamless for me. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, well versed, personable, efficient, and timely. I appreciate the professionalism and the care that I received here, and I would definitely return to utilize their services again, if needed. In addition, I would not hesitate to recommend this office and Nurse Kemp to anyone who may need an exam. Thank you Nurse Kemp and Exam One!

I read the reviews and was concerned about what to expect after reading previous poor reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they were and that my appointment was completed promptly.

This Is not directed to the clinic but to the nurse who comes to individuals houses.I am doing this through my life insurance, horrible. The lady who came to my house 30-45 minutes late. First of all she poured the urine samples on my kitchen table. While my family members were eating. Second she could not find my vein! Even though I had a fat vein. She dugged around numerous of times. I already fear needless from past experiences. She said I will check my car If I have one, never went said she will come back tomorrow. As well she left her entire trash including needle on my table. That is unacceptable.Exchanged numbers to reschedule the following day. After some time I decided it would be a best course to make an appointment at the clinic. I let her know, she immediately calls me angry. Telling me show won’t get paid I let her know I do not feel comfortable with her taking my blood. I will proceed with calling the clinic/office in the morning she was extremely upset. Hanged up on me after acting like a teenager. This is not a type of person who should be let in homes. This nurse needs to work on her anger issues. Please put her in proper training.

Kelly left a 4 inch hematoma on my husband's arm and tried to argue when we asked her to don a mask before entering our home. Are they even licensed? Should be shut down. DO NOT COME IN MY HOUSE AND HARM MY PEOPLE! Thank God almighty you left before I saw that. First appt was canceled because went to work address on a Sunday. Next appt was 1 half hrs early and we were busy working from home, but accommodated. *REMEMBER* The state of Georgia requires no legal certification to practice phlebotomy.*** It shows.

Terrible experience, been canceled on 3 times and no show this morning. The office was supposed to call me back after seeing what they could due but surprise not one call just got an email saying your appointment has been canceled. Sent 2 emails back no response. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of others time.

I had this done for life insurance at a broker's office. The person( nurse? Or phlebotomist?) was about 10 min late to the appointment. She did not even greet me, introduced herself, or made an apology for being late. As she was walking into the room, first thing out of her mouth was whether I brought my driver's license. I asked her who she was who asked my ID. Yet she still did not tell me about her name and/or the company where she works with, but she said she' s from a third party not from an insurance company. She was disrespectful, rude, and not skilled. When she tied a tourniquet, it pinched my arm and left a purple bruise instantly. I told her it hurt. She again came up with an excuse instead of an apology saying it left a mark because my weak vein. she failed her first attempt. She then told me that we need to get this done another day as if I have no other options. I disagreed to defer to a later but insisted to get all done today. Finally she did get it at her third attempt. Then she said she did not bring an extra bandaid saying that only one bandaid provided in the packet her company provided. She had no etiquette, preparedness or phlebotomy skills at all. She does not know how to apologize nor introduce herself properly. I would not recommend this lady . please educate and train your staff.

Stay away from using Erika Luten as an examiner. The most incompetent person that upset my client. Her manager, Renee Cessner is nothing more than an enabler.
