Oh wow, so nice! I drove up at 3:30 on Friday afternoon to see a truck parked in front of the driveway saying closed for inventory. But I got out and ran up to the gentleman working and said please please would you help me and he said sure what do you need, when inside found my part and sent me on my way. So so nice!

I visited this location several months ago and encountered a very rude employee who I quickly avoided. The other gentleman who stepped in was very helpful, he apologized for his rude colleague. I visited the same location recently and was amazed at the customer service (even for a measly $25 purchase). Thanks Jeff, you guys rock!

Customer service is ALWAYS horrible! I just called to see if they carried a certain product and the answer I received was And I quote.. A. we are closed and B. I don't understand what you are asking me. Wow!! Maybe the employees needs to take some training from the kids who work at Chick -fil-a and learn some manners so they don't lose customers anymore like they just did with that phone call. This wasn't the first time they were rude and have been worse in the past!

Great place to pick up irrigation supplies that the big box stores don't carry. Great people to help you find what you're looking for from repairing sprinkler heads to fertilizer to landscape lighting.
