I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the front desk's professionalism. They consistently provide unclear information about charges, and I find it quite frustrating. The current General Manager at this hotel is the worst I've encountered, having had better experiences with GMs at Holiday Inns. This place used to be excellent when the previous GM was in charge, but it has since gone downhill.One of the issues I've experienced is the persistent knocking on my door, even when I have the "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed, and it often occurs well before check-out time. Additionally, it's peculiar that they've recently started charging for parking when they never did before.What surprises me the most is the substantial "pre-authorization" charge, which amounts to double my stay cost. This has never happened in my previous visits. This visit will regrettably be my last at this location.If you're seeking a tranquil and hassle-free experience without unexpected charges, I would recommend the Courtyard hotel next door. It's disappointing for me to consider dropping my Diamond Elite status, but this experience has left me with little choice.When I arrived last night after completing my errands in town, the front desk staff seemed confused about the additional charges I was encountering. They assured me that everything appeared fine on their end, yet I continued to receive notifications, causing my bank to contact me due to concerns about potential fraudulent charges.

Stayed here for 3 days. We did pre-booking of conference room and the hotel apologised because the room that we booked for 3 days was not available for 3 days and we had to adjust in a smaller room for one day. The night before check out, we requested for one hour late check out and the gentleman in the front desk confirmed that we are all set for 1 pm check out. However, to our surprise we’re asked to get out at 12 pm and they mentioned that there has been no request. We had to rush and get out in 5 min. Ridiculous experience. Will never stay here again! And this experience for IHG member

This was a great stay! We were looking for hotel in the Atlanta area and we chose this one! Upon reading reviews a lot of hotels in Atlanta seem to have a common issue but this one didn't! When you walk in it smells like you're walking into a spa! They offer a healthy selection of hot breakfast for two! Oh and every room has workout equipment. They only thing however was the elevator! It was only one elevator for the entire building! The elevator on the right needed maintenance. But other that this was a great stay and in a great area.

I did not have a great experience. They 5 started closing the kitchen after breakfast. Which is cook to order but my oatmeal tasted instant. So no dinner service. My sink was stopped up(they did fix it). My room was 66 degrees, the heat at night would only cycle for a minute or 2 then shut off, it never got above 68 in my room. One of the 2 elevators was broken for 4 days of my stay. I understood it had been broken 2 weeks. They gave me 1 key, print the bill on both sides of paper. Seems like they are really focused on saving money. Not sure I will try it again.

So, hidden fees are something no one likes. Parking 10$ per car, even tho you're allowed two slots you have to pay per car, per day. 40$ for two cars for two days, outrageous. Hotel and Motel fee, 5$ a day. That's 50$ extra to your stay for two nights. Only free coffee and water. The bar has minimal options, can't make craft cocktails only basics. This is my second Even hotel and it's going to be my last. Hotel only had one elevator in service.

Our rooms were overbooked by the business despite me reserving it at least a month or two in advance, and it put me and my bridesmaids in a very difficult position. The only redeeming factor was the front desk staff who did what they could to make the situation right, but there's only so much you can do when you ask 5 people to fit into 2 beds instead of 4. I kindly ask the people managing the rooms to respect people's reservations, and for those who stay here, check in as early as possible.

Come every year for at least a month. Perfect location. Always professional & super clean. Love this place & the pumpkins carving contest too was fun &gave a “homey” feel away from home!But absolutely my favorite thing about this spot is the water dispenser everywhere! Especially the one in the front lobby with the lemon & mint-YUM! Always so refreshing.Jenna (the customer service clerk)& I agree a fruit mix would be amazing to add some variety to the mix! Blueberry with strawberries even. That would be a winning combo.

My husband and I stayed at this location Sept 15-17 of this year and we were extremely happy! Our favorite part was that our room had 1 1/2 bathrooms, it was great! Another thing that we both enjoyed was the ability to cast our apps onto the TVs. My husband was able to watch his favorite college football team (Notre Dame) play. There was one thing that we did not like and that was the fact that the cable kept going out and staying out for awhile. Other than that, we enjoyed this hotel very much and plan to stay at the one in Marrietta next weekend. Hope that one lives up to this one! You will not regret staying at this hotel, trust me:-)

First time staying at an EVEN hotel and it will not be my last. The rooms were spacious, clean and cool. The bathroom was well ventilated and great water pressure. The location is great, lots of shopping and restaurants very close! We stayed here for a concert at the nearby Ameris Bank Amphitheater and it was super convenient.

I booked a reservation with this hotel for January 12-14, 2024 in early August of 2023. I booked early to reserve a room for a dance convention that I knew was going to fill the hotels quickly. The hotel General Manager (according to IHG customer service) canceled my reservation without notifying me. The cancellation was supposedly due to my card on file not being updated. No call, nothing. Could have been an easy step to check with me and get an updated card if that was the case. Instead, I was told they couldn’t honor the same rate and they had no double rooms left. Horrible way to treat customers and I’m a IHG member with several reservations coming up this year with IHG. I believe this horrible service is specific to this hotel. I’ve never had this with other IHG in the past. Skip this one!

I stayed here back in May for a friends wedding and the staff was SO accommodating even though I booked through a 3rd party site. They took the time to make sure when I extended by stay by another day-- again through the external site-- that they kept me in my same room for the most convenient experience. But the real kicker is that when I left my Apple Airpods in my room, not only did housekeeping find them, but they held onto them for literal months for me while I got caught up with work and kept forgetting to send them the information to ship them back. My many, many thanks to Tammy and her housekeeping team for their character and customer service. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

Nice hotel for a quiet night's stay. The whole "wellness" thing seems a bit gimmicky, as does the place having only even room numbers. However, the location is great, near the amphitheater and tons of dining and entertainment options. The king room was very spacious (even with the exercise equipment), both the room and the bathroom. Nice shower, nice toiletries, friendly staff. Star deducted because the thermostat was either blowing super cold, or it was off and you were sweating, and it seemed really humid in the room. But it's Atlanta in August, and if the humidity anywhere is less than 1000%, you're probably lucky.

Outstanding hotel stay! Beautiful new room, comfy bed but terribly fat/thick pillows I couldn't even use. Nice little bar area, friendly bartender and pretty good (but not included) breakfast. Just well thought out and expertly executed overall. My go-to hotel in Alpharetta now.

Love, love, love this location! Front desk receptionists are always aware and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean with super comfortable mattresses that I will be ordering for all my beds at home. Location is great! One critique: the parking fee on a private lot??? ??????
