Justin is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful advisor at Eurofed (been to several locations). He was able to recommend exactly what both of my vehicles needed by researching past maintenance history and carfax. Highly recommend working directly with him. The Alpharetta location was able to do the work on multiple cars quickly and efficiently and had me ready that same day, excellent work from the tech. Will continue to bring my business here.

Recently had the 60,000 mile service and horn replacement on my 981 Cayman S at Eurofed Alpharetta. The service and repairs were completed within provided time frame and they did a great job. Justin provided helpful consultation on the needed service and repairs. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend.

BRAKE JOB FAIL!My initial review was posted and I was impressed with how serious EuroFed dealt with my review. They not only called immediately, but they took action against the technician and made it right by us immediately and without delay. This edit to my initial review was done to share that they really care about how customers feel about their services.I took my son’s Audi to EuroFed for a brake job. The car would make a noise every time he hit a speed bump. They didn’t tighten all the bolts on one of the brakes and left out a bolt we had to go to Audi to purchase! Perhaps the bolt fell out over a school speed bump. My son refused to have them fix it. One bolt was only hand tightened! I have video but that can’t be added.DangerousNEVER AGAIN

I usually prefer to just get my car serviced at the dealer. The fact is that most dealers are competitive in price and usually operate with integrity. Auto service shop chains have some benefits. They are usually lower in price and usually don't have problems taking care of you quickly. They unfortunately also have serious issues with integrity. Eurofed was higher in price, slower than my favorite dealership, and they showed the serious issues with integrity that is characteristic of these chains.I took my car to Eurofed reluctantly after I idiotically forgot that Nalley requires an appointment even for oil changes. Nalley turned me away, and I was too tired to drive to Stone Mountain Volkswagen. Long story short, I would've paid $100 less AND almost certainly have made the drive to and from Snellville in lesser time than it took for these clowns to service my car.First red flag that I ignored: $200 alignment. This is nonsense. I have a Volkswagen Jetta, not some high end car with a very complicated suspension. I don't know why I didn't stop the job immediately at this point. Note that this isn't me just shouting "the rent is too high!" into the wind. Stone Mountain Volkswagen charges $99.This isn't nearly as big of a problem as the results of my multi point inspection. Let me make this clear, I don't think Eurofed straight up lied about any problems existing. They showed photographic evidence, and I 100% believe that these are problems that may eventually need to be fixed. The really big problem I have is the listed severity of these problems. I almost let these jokers talk me into a non-urgent repair item. You will know if your car has urgent issues. Your car won't drive very well if it has major issues that need to be fixed asap. My car drives very well. To their credit, they stopped the non-essential repair item that they talked me into. That is the last credit they will get. These clowns decided to punish me for rejecting unnecessary car repairs by making me wait close to 6 hours. I was the first one at the shop in the morning. If they wanted to do the right thing, they would've gotten me out in 2 hours tops. All of this already sucks, but they'll sell your email address to Sirius XM. I can't believe I got spam as a result of doing business with them. I'm sure it's buried somewhere in 4 pt print, but the major terms of the agreement that you sign does not state that you agree to let them sell your information to spammers. You know what? Fuck you too.

Installed LED headlight as an upgrade to my 2011 911. Had error codes I couldn't clear. Eurofed tech spent a couple hours and got them cleared for good. I plan on using them for my Porsche needs.Service: Electrical repair

Bobby and the crew did an exemplary job on my Bentley Mulsanne. They replaced my exhaust gas temperature sensor. They gave me a very fair price and completed the work in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them for exotic car repairs.

I live in the townhouse complex across the street. They are very rude and inconsiderate. They rev engines all night long until they pop and bang. They also test drive very fast up and down the streets which is unsafe and again causes a lot of undue noise disturbances. Very unprofessional.

Will was amazing. He was able to diagnose the problem same day it was towed to the facility. He went the extra mile to help with my claim from third party extended warranty OX Car Care (Scam company. Will not pay a claim. Asked me to track down previous owner to obtain service records. Once they were provided, they denied the claim because the PREVIOUS OWNER was getting oil changes at the Audi dealership every 11,000 miles vs the 10,000 recommended by Audi) My car was at Eurofed for 2 weeks before they could even give us an answer. During this time, Will called them multiple times per day as he couldn't order parts until approval. He sacriced hours of his time over the 2 week period. He went above and beyond, sacrificing his time to help deal with this scam of a company OX Car Care. Eurofed was amazing, I will be back!

Stay away!!! I don't know if they are racist, or they thought I was bo bo the fool. In all my days I have never been given a quote for changing brakes, spark plugs and air filter maintenance. They had the audacity to give me an estimate to change the air filters of $ 189 for the cabin air filter and the engine air filter. I did it myself and the filters were not that expensive. They were trying to charge me $985 to change the spark plugs. there are literally 4 to change they are in the most convenient location. Does not require much work to remove them. I priced the spark plugs at the dealership for $156 for all four, so why and how are you charging me almost $1000 it doesn't matter the make of the car. They were trying to charge me double the amount I paid before at this same shop. Stay away they are overcharging.Service: Oil change
