I just called in order to get more information about a car and I was told "who's calling?" I said "a potential customer." In a very dry tone he says what is your name potential customer" I said "Cierra." He said "okay what car" I said "I actually had a question" and asked if they accepted credit cards as payment. He said "okay bye" I said "your customer service is very off putting" He responded with "well when you're a scammer that's what you get" I explained I wasnt a scammer, and that he should do better about that as someone who works in customer service. He calls back & I explained that someone was very rude with me, thinking maybe this was a different representative. He says "well its because we get about 50 merchant callers a day trying to sell us stuff, what car are you calling about." I told him you cant know someone is a scammer untill you have a conversation with them & I didn't want to do business with him. No apology, no empathy. Never have I been discriminated against THROUGH A PHONE. So dissapointing.

Sold me a horrible nightmare.The repairs needed almost cost the amount I paid. Absolutely disgusting business practices. Car is not drivable.

Highly recommended! I was looking through cars on Craigslist and lucked out here. The process was easy from start to finish.I was a newbie to the used car process. Ali could have easily nickel and dimed me, but it was quite the opposite.I can't imagine other Craigslist dealers being this thorough with the entire process. Start your search here!

This is easily my favorite dealer in town. Ali is knowledgeable, fair, transparent and honest. He always puts his customers interest before his own, which seems like a rarity to find these days. I've seen him go the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy and taken care of. 5/5

It's hard to find an honest car guy and Ali is exactly that. I've been extremely happy with the two cars we've gotten from Eurasia.
