We had a fantastic experience working with Dana Rawdah in refreshing our lake house family room. It has been years since I refreshed an entire room of furniture and I was so pleased with the full service assistance in making all of the decisions. Found there to be many choices in lines of furniture and fabric options. Dana was patient, attentive and gave us time and space to come to our decisions. We have been doing business with Ethan Allen in Alpharetta, Ga since 2016. Jenny Delara has been our interior designer from day one. She has designed our entire home and we cannot be more pleased! She listened attentively and executed everything to our taste and needs. The Alpharetta store has been very accommodating throughout the years from holding our newly purchased furniture due to hiccups such as remodeling delays, or fixing the occasional tiny imperfections that we may find. They are a class act!

Dawn Porter is an incredible interior designer. She brought my husband and my vision to life for our home! And to boot, she’s one of the kindest and most pleasant people you’ll ever meet.
Dawn is meticulous with design yet made the process effortless and efficient for us – what a great combination! She made sure that we loved the design, always offering different solutions and options, gently and patiently guiding us with her keen designer eye to make everything feel “just right.”
We couldn’t be more pleased or impressed with our new furniture and drapery selections.

My husband and I wanted to redo our living room and replace a chair in our family room. Anna Marie helped us with all of this and she was excellent!! She knew exactly what would look good and made excellent choices for us. I would highly recommend Anna Marie!! We are both thrilled with all of our new purchases.

Wonderful experience working with Jenny Delara furnishing our new home! She was so helpful, thoughtful, and patient with us throughout the process, guiding us from the brainstorming phase to the final design selections for both our living room and dining room. Jenny provided great direction with plenty of viewpoints and ideas while always listening to and understanding our personal likes and style. We're so happy with how everything turned out! We purchased a sectional about 2 years ago and the quality of the material is horrible. It stains very easily and is frazzled on all the edges and it looks old and worn after 2 years! We have tried to make an insurance claim and we never heard back from them after multiple attempts contacting them. Jenny did an awesome job in helping us but we will never purchase anything from Ethan Allen again!

After purchase shipping was much longer than stated and calls and texts on any status were ignored. We like EA however would consider other location in the future!

Dana Rawdah helped me select and with great patience decide upon furniture for our family room.She made two trips to our home, one before and one after furniture delivery to make sure I would be and was comfortable with the end result. She works very hard and takes pride in her skills and expertise. I can’t thank her enough for her dedication to making her clients feel good about their choices.

My experience from order to delivery was TOP NOTCH! My designer (Ann-Marie McDonnell) was amazing at helping us choose our sofas and custom pillows to match our decor / theme we were going for. I highly recommend this location and Interior Designer AnnMarie.

Walked in to look for dining chairs. Toddler was thirsty and we asked for water. Lady in pink jacket said they do not have water bottles, only a fountain and pointed to the back. Toddler was struggling to drink and a kind lady in the back offered us water bottles, which are for CUSTOMERS!Also another customer was brought out water bottles. I’m unsure if that was laziness or she genuinely did not want our business. We were very put off by this and left.

I've thoroughly enjoyed all my interactions with Ethan Allen. Over the past decade or so, I've purchased several custom upholstery items. My most recent experience with Kathy at the Alpharetta location was excellent! From assistance picking out our new sectional, to the fabric and accessory matching, to the final delivery and support. Ethan Allen has the best quality and service that I have come to rely on. Can't recommend enough!
