This is a policy problem with Enterprise if you try and rent a car and you don't have a utility bill a check from your employer a fingerprint a butt cheek scan then you can then you can't rent a car and if you try and my car was totaled at no fault to my own and you know I need a car and this is what I'm dealing with if you try and talk to someone in corporate they have up to 24 hours to get back to you the management team is what they call it and so if you need a car and you're out of a car there's no one you can call another policy they need to fix

Beware of this location. Aidan McBain an employee here fraudulently charged my credit card over a grand. Mr. McBain did so while on the phone with me, adamantly promising my card would not be charged(as this is a rental provided by an insurance claim) Do not trust them to handle rentals provided through an insurance claim unless you have legal representation on retainer. Enterprise management has yet to provide any solution or return numerous phone calls. Rent at your own risk.

Noah was amazing. I love the customer service here; it’s amazing! I got my rental easy and paid for liability insurance daily. I’m satisfied. I called the same day and got taken care of immediately and a tour of how to work the car!

I just spoke to the branch manager Beth and she has the worst customer service! I’ve been calling this location since Monday and she keeps changing the dates of vehicle availability. For a manager you should have a better attitude towards helping customers. Very nasty nonchalant attitude. Don’t rent a car from here.

My first experience at Enterprise in Alpharetta.Please understand that not all Enterprise is created equal.(We) had the unfortunate experience of renting a car from Enterprise Rent A Car in Alpharetta, and I must say, it was far from satisfactory.The gentleman who helped us was very friendly: and helpful.We drove off 2 miles down the road and it was DISGUSTING!!!We used the wipes in the car, because of all the stains and dirt on the handles. And the creases of the car.I told my husband it was very unsanitary and to turn the car back around .We didn’t make a scene, just simply asked what could be done. And was met with a disappointing encounter upon its return, it was clear that this rental company has a lot of room for improvement.In a post Covid world- Enterprise should beEmphasizing cleanliness.Clearly, the evidence of the picture I took the car hadn't been cleaned properly before being handed over to me. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.To add insult to injury, when I returned the car and politely requested that it be recleaned, I was met with a terrible attitude from the Enterprise employee. Instead of apologizing for the initial state of the vehicle, they responded with a dismissive and condescending tone. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this individual. This kind of unprofessional behavior is inexcusable and tarnishes the reputation of Enterprise Rent A Car.Renting a car should be a hassle-free experience, but unfortunately, Enterprise Rent A Car failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The dirty car upon pick up and the terrible attitude of the employee when asked to rectify the situation only added to the frustration and disappointment. It is my hope that Enterprise takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Enterprise Rent A Car based on my personal experience. There are plenty of other rental companies out there that prioritize cleanliness and customer service. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere for your car rental needs.

Very friendly and professional. Took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the rental car, which I scheduled for an 8 a.m. pick up. 1. The car was getting cleaned, 2. there was a "hold" on the car for maintenance, 3. the low pressure indicators came on 4. the tank was empty. But the staff tried to help and took care of things as they presented.

Although I like all enterprises, this one is my favorite. They immediately engage with you; from the time you enter until you leave. They definitely make you feel like family. The cars are aways super clean and smells fresh. This is the place where everybody wants to know your name!

Picked up a vehicle at another location that smelled awful. Aidan was so helpful in swapping it out and providing me with a beautiful, clean vehicle. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I am appalled how this branch is defaming my name and black balling me over a couple of mishaps that was corrected. I will never rent from this branch, again. I don't owe them any money, spent over $900 on rentals. Treating a customer in a disparagement manner is unacceptable and unnecessary act on their part. Life happens and at times its uncontrollable but regardless I OWED nothing. This is a malicious act; defamation of character and I will not stop until I am satisfied. Been renting for years, never experienced such humiliation, and now want me to prove who I work for. This is egregious!!!

Didn’t have good experience yesterday. I booked a car with the location and when I reached to the location to pick the car they simply saying we are sold out. I showed them confirmation email and response was that our website is let people book a car even there is no vehicle available to rent.I took Uber to pick the car as this location does provide pickup and drop. Spent money on Uber to pick up and come back by Uber and attended was not even bothered to check availability to other locations or try to arrange.

Filthy high mileage cars. I have booked Full Size Sedan with my corporate account and I was offered high mileage torn carpet dented, scratched and filthy car. The scratches were all over and there is also a very strange smell. The whole experience was horrible. The confused staff seems to be cranky with “don’t care attitude”.The feedback will go to my HR for further review of a corporate account.I will not recommend and will not rent from this location again.
