The 5 stars pertains specifically to the maintenance service provided by Norman W, who assisted when my air conditioning was broken for 5 days straight in late May/early June. (Emblem prop mgmt gets zero stars for not addressing the problem sooner.) I ran into Norman in the hall on my way to the leasing office to get a status on the repair issue. He offered to come up right then to have a look, and had my AC running again in just a few minutes. He then went the extra mile and came back at 3:00 that same day (with his colleague Van) to ask if the AC was still working! I was impressed! I said yes but that it never turned off, and he offered to check the coolant. No problems since (fingers crossed) and the system is functioning as it should. Thank you Norman! Emblem Alpharetta is lucky to have you on their team.

In the short time I’ve lived at Emblem, I have lost track of the changes in ownership and in the onsite managers. The only 2 people who haven’t changed and who I can depend on are Trent and Norman. They are dependable, reliable, know what they’re doing and do it well. They arrive with smiles on their faces and, no matter how long the work takes, leave with smiles. I certainly hope the owners and managers realize how lucky they are to have them. Today, though, I have to give my 5 star review to NORMAN. I dropped a 14K nail down the drain in my bathroom. Norman came, after hours, and retrieved the nail for me. He’s a keeper.

Today Trent Brown and Norman Wocjik installed the new water heater in my apartment in no time! These guys are great! Every time I need something for my apartment it’s done quickly! Knowledgeable, clean, prompt and polite!! Thank you!!!!

Unfriendly staff. Unknowledgeable staff
Dirty carpet in hallway two men in maintenance are knowledgeable. No social schedule. There is one self appointed resident who arranges some card games

Maintenance is great. William is very knowledgeable about the Emblem Alpharetta community his service is always done with a smile not to mention rest of the team and office staff they really OWN IT!!! And that's what makes this community special keep up the good work
