We were visiting family here when two of my wife's gel nails came loose. The staff was very helpful and quick to provide her with new ones that matched her designs.

The owner does not treat everyone equal. Lola is not a discreet person and will tell other customers things you may discuss with her. The massage chairs are old and the prices are high for the experience. There are better places

Elegant Touch is a cozy little nail salon in Johns Creek. I used to come here years ago when it was Nail Styles. Now it's under a new name and new ownership. I recently came in without an appointment and needed a pedicure treatment without the polish. They accommodated me with no wait. I thought the price was fair and the service was very good. I stopped in for the same service on a different occasion and the price doubled. Very unfortunate that pricing is inconsistent.

Wonderful, family-owned business. Excellent customer service. Like Cheers, they know your name and welcome you at every visit. You aren't just an appointment, you are a recurring client and they remember your preferences. Truly an inviting environment, sanitized and safe. The owners are professional and endearing. Definitely recommend.

I visited Elegant Touch Nails while visiting my parents near by. Lola and the team are extremely friendly, thorough, and very well priced. I got a dip manicure and regular pedicure and can’t speak to how long they last because I just got them yesterday, but they look fantastic and I enjoyed the whole experience. Sometimes nail salons are not thrilled if you’re an out-of-town guest (because you won’t become a regular), but Elegant Touch were extremely nice and friendly throughout! I highly recommend and will be back during future visits to the area.

I have been using this nail salon for the last year and I have been very happy. A close friend has been using this salon for years and when I needed a new place, she suggested Elegant Touch. It is not far from work and I do enjoy the small, intimate setting. Lola and her staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome! My color also lasts a long time between visits (3-4 weeks).

Lola and her husband were extremely nice! I received a wonderful pedicure and will definitely return when I need another. Much more personal than other salons I have been to. Very clean, lovely space!

Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Visited with my sister from a trip in from Texas. We had appointments for pedicures and we were in and out quickly. Prices were good. Definitely if in town again I would revisit.

This place is above all the rest, the staff is nice and professional. I love going and relaxing and getting my pedicure, medicure every week. I feel funny when I'm not able to make it.

I've been to most of the nail salons in my neighborhood and this place is the best. It's really affordable. Lola and her staff always do a fantastic job! It's nothing fancy but that's not why we go here. It's because they always do a great job. And like I said it's affordable. She seems to stay competitive with products that women prefer. She does offer free beverages which is a nice touch. I always feel welcome and comfortable.

I got a pedicure by Vivien, and she did a VERY BAD job. First, she was very rushed. I did not feel relaxed at all, and she did not give me time to soak my feet. When it came to the massage she did not massage properly even though i asked her. When I asked she seemed to do worst on purpose! If you come here don't get your nails done by Vivien. Ask for Ben or Gina!
