We sent an arrangement to our boss for Boss’s day. We are all remote spread across multiple states so we rely on others to represent us . This location did a beautiful arrangement . The arrangement was beautiful and the delivery was fast. Kudos to Anika for excellent customer service! Our boss was moved to tears, you definitely have our business for future references! Thank you so very much.!

Prices different than advertised. Upon inquiring I was told prices changed Monday, it is Wednesday. Is this not false advertising?

Update your hours online or leave a message about when you close before somebody drives 45 minutes. Says close at 6, but store closes at 5

Very disappointed with this company today my arrangement was delivered and the fruit was hot the bag was sweating I told the driver ma’am this is hot feel it she just walked off from me my husband reached out to the office and to corp and no one offered to come back and get it and make it over they were just rude telling him that the sweating was from the bag’s condensation no sir the bag is sweating from the heat the chocolate was melting and then had the nerve to tell me they have chocolate that can sit out 24 hours Sir I know that I run the deli bakery and I have dipped strawberries for a week now but my arrangement was hot and Chocolate was melting never ever use this place again thanks for ruining my day

The edible arrangement product itself was OK.. However, the service as far as the delivery process goes was horrible! The delivery person claimed that he attempted to make a delivery twice. This happened to be a bald face lie. Here is a pro tip, if you're gonna lie make sure there are no cameras on the scene so your story may seem plausible. The camera only showed one attempt, this in turn caused me to have to come down to the store and pick it up. This type of unprofessional behavior and lack of integrity is cause for me to take my business elsewhere. This is shameful and lazy I will be contacting corporate because im sure that this is not company protocol.

I was on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to place an order. The lady clearly could not understand anything. After I gave letter by letter she was still having problems. Once a customer came in she literally ask me to have her call me back later. I am more than disappointed of the lack of customer service and response time with this company.

BAD EXPERIENCE UNFORTUNATELY. PLACED AN ORDER TO SURPRISE MY WIFE FOR VALENTINE'S AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY AND THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS THE ISSUE BUT THEY COULD DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO DELIVER TODAY BUT THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY WITH THE ORDERS FOR TODAY.. I WASN'T EXPECTING TO BE A PRIORITY BUT SINCE MY ORDER WAS FOR THE DAY BEFORE THEY COULD'VE MADE SURE TO SQUEEZE MY ORDER IN..

I ordered a pickup of chocolate covered mixed fruit in a box and 4 assorted cup cakes. Nothing to say about the quality of the fruit, everything fresh and flavorful. The cup cakes were good but not assorted, 2 flavors instead of the 4 they offer. The issue I have it's with the price and that starts from the franchisor. When it's too much it's too much. I get the nice packaging but over 60$ for 6 strawberries, 3 pcs of banana, 3 pcs of pineapple and 4 cup cakes?

I ordered my mom edible arrangements fruit basket for her birthday on 7-23-2021. The basket was beautiful. My mother called me stating that the melons were very hard and not sweet. I’ve called for a week and no response back from the owner. The owner has been avoiding my calls! I’m not asking for a full refund or another basket. I was requesting to replace the melons for pineapples. I don’t want the replacement since the owner will not return my calls. I will not order from this store again! Poor customer service!
