I was in the check out line when the young cashier called for some assistance from the manager on duty. I feel like he talked to the cashier very rudely. I feel bad for the young man. I would never talk down to an employee, especially in front of customers. Wow! Do better.

I was yelled at by a middle aged man that was a black cashier that was obviously racist just for me trying to get in line. He was not only yelling and lying about service to me but also a Chinese man who needed balloons filled up. I told him that I buried my nephew today and I did nothing wrong; and that I'm going to the other line. He proceeded to threaten me and yell at me like he was a security guard or something. He also said he had to open in the morning and was closing tonight. Everyone in that store was staring at him, and the gentleman I let go ahead of me because I had more items than him knew I had previously been in line before him. He continued to yell at me even when I ignored him. have never had a problem with anyone at this store and the manger Mr. Booker is wonderful. This is disgusting behavior, and he saw I was disabled with a cane as well.

Normally a 5, rushed over to buy pens.. says they are open till 10:00. Says 10 on the door too.. I think to myself, I made it just in time. I'm there at 9:50 grab a couple packs of pens and and get out of there. I try the door and it is locked.. I banged on the door. I can see that a register is open. A guy comes to the door and says they're closed. I say, I thought you closed at 10: 00.I am informed that the holiday hours are over and now its 9:00pm, as he rips down the sign that says 10pm. I don't know how long holiday hours last but I've been living on this side of town since March and it's always been 10:00 so I don't know what that's about maybe they just change their hours, but it would have been nice of them to have let me in to get, literally three packs of pens. I know I was coming late.. I wasn't trying to bother them, I was going to grab my stuff, would have taken all of 2 minutes, I have a job as a server and so I have to have pins and I always buy my pens there so I'm going to try to find somewhere else to buy some pens tonight but I'm disappointed. Usually a great store thoughh!

First let me start by saying that I am an avid and some may say dedicated Dollar Tree Shopper/Fan! So I always look for one no matter where I am in the world and rate them in my head as soon as I enter as if they all belong to me and I’m on Undercover Boss or something ?.And, before you ask- yes, it’s that serious because I absolutely love these stores and expect them to exceed my expectations even if I’m just spending $1.25 ?.Lol, in all seriousness I do appreciate them and look forward to shopping them religiously. Every once in a while I come across one that is like the Grand Poobah of them all like this one.I walked in and was blown away at not only how organized and neat it was but how fully stocked it was also. I felt like royalty as if they did it just for me…. Ok, I felt more like a kid in a candy store but you get the gist of what I’m trying to say.Anyhow, they had just about everything I didn’t need (let my family tell it) because let’s face it what store can you get good essentials at a fraction of the price over, and over, and not frequent… Right? Who’s with me? Ok, enough about that. Let’s get to the kicker. As I get up to the counter with a hand basket overflowing with 10 more of the same items I already have at home; there was this friendly, energetic person, also known as the store’s manager working the register with no hesitation, he even had the eagerness to answer questions of those just walking into the store. He was doing more than one job at once and didn’t have one reservation about it. Mind you guys it’s the Christmas season so he was busy, the only cashier, and yet he did it effortlessly with glee. He was a middle-aged African American (I’m horrid with names, but I know descriptions.. ha!) who made me and my money feel appreciated. And if you know me by now, that is essential for me.For that I will pass up others along the way and detour to this particular one anytime! Simply because this place is like Dollar Tree Heaven ? who put this here? They deserve a raise .

I recently had a disappointing encounter at this DollarTree, which I feel compelled to share. It all began with a simple online order I had placed for essential items, only to find that the manager's handling of the situation left much to be desired.First and foremost, let me preface this review by saying that I have been a loyal customer of DollarTree for quite some time, appreciating the convenience and affordability the store offers. However, the experience I had with the manager at this particular visit was far from satisfactory.I placed an online order, and went to pick up my items hassle-free. I arrived at the store, only to be told that my order had been given away to another customer. Understandably, mistakes can happen, but it's how they are rectified that truly defines customer service. The manager, Mark, handled the situation poorly. Instead of offering a sincere apology and a swift solution, I was met with indifference and excuses. There was no acknowledgment of their mistake, no attempt to make amends, and no willingness to take responsibility for the mix-up.Moreover, the manager's demeanor was less than professional. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist made the situation even more frustrating. It felt as though my concerns were dismissed, and my time and effort were disregarded. In today's competitive retail landscape, exceptional customer service is paramount. A company's reputation often hinges on the way it handles mistakes and addresses customer concerns. In this case, the manager's actions fell short of DollarTree's reputation for affordability and convenience. In conclusion, my experience with the manager at DollarTree left me feeling disappointed. It is crucial for businesses, especially those in the retail sector, to prioritize excellent customer service and problem-solving. I hope that this review serves as a constructive critique and that it prompts the necessary improvements in staff training and customer care.

By far the best dollar tree in the area, and maybe even Atlanta, shelves are always stocked floors are clean spotless even if you need to use the restroom do not worry they are spotless as well. I actually spoke to the manager by the name of Mark today to ask him about a product that I like to buy their own. He was very informative. Very nice and kind. I really appreciate that, is great, when I should say nowadays, when you as a customer are appreciated and treated kindly and respectfully. Thank you Marc for the great experience you're a loyal customer.

I happened to stop in randomly last year while in Alpharetta and was amazed at how clean and organized the store is. I now travel all the way from Midtown just to visit this location. It’s always clean and organized and seems to have more stuff than any other dollar tree I’ve been to (not sure if this is just because it’s so organized you can actually see everything). At my first visit I actually had a conversation with the store manager, Mark, he said the key to a great store is teamwork. I had another successful trip today and decided to write a review this time. I actually reached out to corporate and let them know how impressed I was because this store should be the model for the rest of them. Keep up the good work!

This place is well organized and clean. Has more variety sometimes when new seasonal items come in compared to other locations and I always walk out with double the items I intended to purchase! ?

I have noticed that the employees at this Dollar Tree are helpful, friendly, and have a pleasant disposition. I have also noticed that this is not always the case at other Dollar Tree locations. They were ready to help me and person aisle I was looking for.
