It doesn’t matter if it’s my Tesla or my BMW track car, Thomas and the rest of the team always do outstanding work. I have recommended them to a number of friends as well. Excellent prices, but it’s the customer service that keeps me coming back.

I brought my car in to have a tire replaced. I have aftermarket wheels on my vehicle that I purchased approximately 18 months ago. Discount tire damaged my wheel during the service and is now putting it on me to replace my wheel and potentially wait for a reimbursement or accept a damaged wheel. I did not trust them with my car to accept it back damaged. The store did accept responsibility and took pictures of the damage. Per the store manager, Thomas, , “It was just an unfortunate situation that occurred”. This is an unacceptable response for rectifying damage that was done to my vehicle which is barely 2 years old. I am now left with having to get my wheel replaced after discount damaged it. This is very disappointing. I will be reaching out to the corporate office, I hope that the local response is not a corporate sentiment.

When the tires and rims I wanted, were More than I wanted to pay for hey, it happens... They came up with a great solution. There was a steady line, but they were so fast I was out of there in forty five minutes.

Avoid discount tire … they are awful … the wheels they sold me already have problems with the lug nuts… becoming a total nightmare

Legitimately cannot wrap my head around anyone going somewhere else for their tires other than discount tire. They have unmatched customer service, and the work they do is flawless. I genuinely believe there is no better place to go. If you buy tires from here, you will not be disappointed.

Purchased four new Michelin tires for my BMW X5. Made an appointment five days in advance, arrived on time and sat for 45 minutes and watched my car being ignored as employees took walk in clients ahead of my car! Outrageous, grabbed a refund and won’t be returning after over 15 years of loyalty and have purchased multiple tires for multiple cars. This place needs a new manager.. poorly managed!

Last time I was here Jose took great care of my car.
Today I came in as an emergency again and Jesse was literally waiting for me when I stepped out of my car. The level of customer service here is absolutely amazing. The guys on the back are so quick and reliable, there is a sense of team work at this location. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
