Totally awesome customer care.
They did my tire rotation for free.
The front desk manager (forgot his name, but his photo is on the wall) helped me understand all about tires and when I needed to change. He said alignment was not required now, instead of pushing me to spend extra.
I ll surely return when I need tires and also recommend this location for an awesome experience ?????

Went in to get a tire changed and the assistant general manager said it would take an hour so I came back after an hour to see that the tire was off the rim then the tech came in and said that there was an “inventory discrepancy” and they didn’t have the new tire. The tech then asked if I wanted him to put on the spare or put back on the old tire. I think you should have made sure you had the new tire before you took the old one off. Dumb mistake and the assistant manager didn’t try and make things right at all he just pawned me off to the tech.

Fast service but they stack on a ton of charges they make a point to not mention, and the prices vary from what you’re told on the receipt.

They installed the tires I purchased on tirerack.com (same company now) without any issues.
Took about 2 hours wait time instead of the expected 1 hour, with a reservation but, I was about 10 minutes late to my appt so that could caused the delay.
I proactively asked for 32 PSI in all tires. I leave and I have 45 PSI. You'd think a shop that does this all day would know what the car calls for. Admittedly, the Mercedes info on the door jamb in confusing. That's why I asked for 32 PSI ahead of time, which was ignored.
Drove right back before leaving the parking lot and they promptly corrected it.
A good experience overall.

Top notch place and top notch service. I stopped in to this location to see if they could rotate my tires on my vehicle and they were able to get me in quickly. They pulled my car around front after they completed the rotation and the guy said here is your key and there is no charge. I was shocked and definitely expected to pay. A week later I had a slow leak on one of my tires and I brought it to Discount Tires expecting to pay to have it repaired and once again they said no charge. I was amazed that they treated me for a free service as well as the person next to me paying over a $1000 for new tires. When it’s time for me to get tires, I will definitely be bringing my car to Discount Tires Alpharetta. I love the fact that the employees are all rocking out to some great music and that says a lot about the management of the store. To also see the staff running to the next car to get them in the bay as quick as possible says a lot. You just don’t see that these days. I will definitely be giving them my business and will highly recommend them to all my contacts. Keep up the great service.

Let me start by saying I've always used Discount Tires for tires and I've never been treated this way. On Friday 8/23/24 I purchase to Pirelli tires online and then called the Discount Tires at 5590 Windward Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004 to see if they had them in stock and when I can come in. They told me that they had the tires and I can come in a hour. I get there and they tell me they only have one and that I had to come back the next day for the second one. They put one tire on and end up breaking the tire sensor on my car. So now the sensor is reading 0 when it's a new tire. I let them know and they tell me it should go off in 24hrs, which is not true and they refuse to fix it. After this tire was installed. He tells me to bring it back in for the third day and the guy that put on the tire hands him the sensor as soon as he mentions my car. He then acts like the guy just took it off the car. But I had already taken it to another Discount Tire location and they said they were unable to detect the sensor. I also just picked up my car from Ford the day prior to this for warranty repairs and they gave me a receipt with everything that the warranty fixed and things that needed to be fixed but were not covered by the warranty, The tire sensors were never mentioned. He then says he put on another sensor but did not have the proper machine to program it. Now all my sensors are fluctuating up and down. He told me there is nothing he can do about it, after I just spent $695.21 on two tires and the warranty on the car. It is very inconvenient that I had to bring my car up there for 3 days straight and still leave with a broken sensor. On top of that they broke the lug nuts on car so they had to replace them. The manager is not trying to provide a solution to the problem or compensate me for any damages. I never leave bad reviews, but I would like to make others aware. DO NOT go to this location! I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Great experience today at Windward location. They were extremely busy but the customer service was still fantastic. Jordan was very helpful and I was out the door before the estimated time. Thank you!

Needed my spare tire replaced and walked in at 12:15, tire not ready at 3:15pm I was told the max time was 2:30pm. Suggest having an appointment.

Team here knows how to treat customer. I am very pleased. Good to have an appointment before visiting. Walk in is allowed as well but make sure to go early in the day.

Not possible to get better service anywhere else. Got my flat tire patched and put back on my vehicle. I was extremely well taken care of and extremely grateful for the employees here for helping me.

I rarely have complaints, and frequent this location. After my most recent vist, about a week ago, I had 2 front tires replaced. My front driver side wheel was not tightened properly and started to loosen as I was driving down the highway. Please make sure you all double check people's wheels. I know you want to get us in and out, but most of us would rather have the job be done properly. This could have turned out very ugly!
