Dillard's is a department store chain that offers a variety of products, including clothing, shoes, and home goods. While my experience with their service has been decent and they definitely impressed me with their selection of children's dresses.

Rashad Parks was a huge help!!! I do not enjoy shopping for clothes. I needed an outfit for an event. He saw me, approached me, and offered his help! I was in/out very easily. He helped me get what I needed and took my personal preference into consideration. I spent +$350 and I walked out smiling. I will be going back here just to get his help again! Again, shout out to Rashad Parks! Nice to have my Sunday back!

Purchased a Louis Vuitton purse that ended up having a bad smell that's preventing me from carrying the bag or trying to resell it.. The store will not return or exchange the piece. I Will be calling corporate or an attorney.

Be careful when shopping perfumes. Clerk in store sprayed $100 EDT version of a perfume I really liked, so I bought it. Only to open the box today and realize the perfume smells NOTHING like what was sprayed in the store because it's the EDP version of the perfume. Which is much heavier musk and rose scent that's not present in the EDT version. Oh, and it's about $60 more. Really really disappointed.. I don't even care about the money, but the smell difference is disgusting.

Did not give 5 stars as it is hard to find help when at the store, especially on the third floor. They need to bring more modern Petite plus options for women's clothing.

Went to Dillards today to pick up an order from the cosmetics department. Walked in and I said to my husband, boy, someone is wearing a really strong scent. As it turns out, there were perfumed diffusers on every level. I am very allergic and have asthma. Had to leave the store without shopping . Bad idea management! My lips were swollen and had a coughing spell.

Has lost its edge. The store looks like a third world shopping venue. Clothes strewn everywhere and there's a musky body odor in the ladies dressing room.

We just purchased a new suit for my husband and Thaddeus in the men’s department was super helpful, nice and suggested the perfect extras to go with it. As I told Thaddeus, we keep coming back to Dillards because of people like him - both of us have gone to Dillards to dress us for the major events in our lives. The store has quality apparel and their personnel make such great suggestions. Thank you Thaddeus - for all of your help!

Worst Customer Service Agent Sara @ Dillard's North-point Mall.I want to take this time and provide you the feedback on the worst customer experience I had to encounter at store 260 from Sara. During the holiday season I bought a dress for my wife and she did not like the fitting, so we decided to drive 20 miles to this store to exchange the garment. I had previously purchased many items from this store, but this time Sara had made up her mind on not allowing us to return the dress. I understand that she had her policy of tag which needs to be at the right location but it was never explicitly explained. I am sorry, but I did expect this items to be returned due to fitting issue. I offered her the honesty and she rewarded me with the slap on a face stating if I tried to reattach the tag she will make her personal mission to not take it back. In my opinion customer service is not her forte and she is not the ambassador for your establishment. I felt that she was playing the race card as I did not look like her when she was talking to me. I tried to call the store to get the store manager name, but they refused to provide that too.
