I drug my feet when my husband mentioned moving, basically because we hadn’t moved in almost 30 years and I was unsure of the procedure of acquiring a mortgage nowadays. And where do you start looking for a mortgage company??? Derek White was recommended to us and I can’t say enough great things about how he helped us through the entire process. Just refinanced my mortgage with Derek (who had done the original mortgage too) and it went perfectly without the slightest hiccup.
