They need to have a ZERO STARS option. Unfortunately, you have to leave something to be able to review this awful place. The same day I left D Nails Alpharetta, my nails broke one by one from how thin they were. I told the nail tech, Jessica, while she was doing them that they feel extremely thin and extremely filed down. She insisted they’ll be okay, and that’s the way “she does nails.” That same day I left and went home, they started falling off one by one. So, I called and let her know the same day within the same 2 hours after leaving, what happened and she advised me to come in the next day to fix them.. the day came for me to get them fixed, and she refused to fix any of my nails because she was “busy.” She had no care at all. I still remained extremely kind and patient even with no them becoming very rude and angry. Julie is also completely unprofessional and rude and didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience, but she’s the “boss”. I have been getting my nails done for over a decade, and not once did I ever have my nails falling off the SAME DAY one by one. I paid over $130 for broken nails. these people just care about taking your money and wasting your time. RUN!!!!

As a massage therapist, I’m on my feet all day. I have been to several different nail salons and D-Nails is the only place that could remove my deep imbedded nails and dead skin without bleeding and discomfort. I recommend Julie, she is great nail technician. I will definitely be back, and refer clients.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Julie was the person who gave me a 70 minute facial. They use only natural products and some special anti-aging treatments. Very relaxing with the facial massages - there were multiple of them, and while you’re wearing a mask, you get a neck massage as well as a hand and arm massage. I recommend them warmly and I will be returning for sure.

I got pedicure done at D nails today. James was my pedicurist, he was excellent, courteous and professional. I love massages - both foot massage and back massage in chair. I definitely recommend this place

James is the best at pedicures I’ve ever had! And Jessica is a mastery at designer nails. Such artistry and talent! This salon is friendly and so caring. If you see little Katie there she may just sing you song. I think the salon should be renamed to Katie’s because she is a super star at 3 years old.

I’m definitely a returning costumer. I’ve enjoyed the quality in the work they all do. Kevin greeted me the first day and helped my nails heal and grow from previous techs. Jessica and Julie are so detailed and listen to concerns and any new styles or changes you want on your nails. James gives the best pedicures, and targets every pressure point. Super relaxing.
