Terrible service, the staff is so rude, today I went to pick up a prescription and I question them about the price, it triple from the last time, they seem to not like my inquiry, and delivery delay my check out time, one of the females on the staff always reacts so rude
I wont come back ever...

They printed all my elderly mother's prescription labels in Spanish instead of English and then tried to blame the clinic that sent the prescription over, despite us verifying they had it correct. Setting the wrong language on someone's prescription is INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS! Please be careful and avoid this place if possible.

I had a worst experience with this pharmacy staff. The staff looked at me like a worm and shut the door on my face. I booked covid drive thru test for my kid who has been sick. The online booking site was bad and not user friendly at all. It took me 30 mins to book an appointment. Finally got the confirmation. After driving to the pharmacy on time, the lady at the drive thru window was rude and said I need to cancel the appointment and rebook at some other location. If they don't have a system, why did they took the appointment. She shut the window without even apologizing for the inconvenience. No courtesy and no empathy. Such a worst customer care. I felt so upset and helpless. Since that was late in the day, I have to drive back home with my sick kid and have to wait to get an appointment for the next day.

Pharmacy staff is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLY!!The Pharmacist is GREAT, however someone of the Staff there are unprofessional, rude, and have zero customer service knowledge. Had several issues with the staff and brought it up to the attention of the store, and the pharmacist it himself, and nothing was done. They refuse to give me her name so I can make a formal complaint.

This pharmacy has completely changed. They lie and say your prescriptions were never called in then when the doctors office calls of course it’s there and ready. Go back again oh they just called it in!!! This is the second time this week!!! I’m definitely not ever using this pharmacy again!!!

Pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional. One of the Indian tech used F words to me. She deserves to be fired. Period.
