The CVS Pharmacy in the Target Store on Northpoint Parkway in the vicinity of Northpoint Mall is excellent for quick yet caring service. The pharmacists there always have time to give good advice. They also give excellent immunizations. The store is busy, yet never backed-up, so wait time is always minimal.

The staff at this CVS is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions about the medicines they dispense, prescription and OTC. I've gotten some vaccines there too and it's always been an efficient and pleasant experience.

How does a pharmacy get 5 stars? Answer the phone, be super helpful treating customers like they are the only one in the store (we call this "undivided attention". Last, go above and beyond to save customers money = 5 STARS and a great customer experience.

A great CVS! Always reliable and always has great associates happy to help you. I’ve picked up prescription here many times and never had issues. They offer to answer questions about prescriptions and make the pick up process simple and quick!

I have had nothing but great service at this location. I wish I had transferred in from the other CVS location sooner!

I have to get a specific manufacturer for some meds. They always do a good job to help with that.

Beware of their quote of Vaccine. They will give you lower quote to get you in and will not honor their quote. My parents are visiting me and helping with my newborn. I asked Costco and CVS for getting them Flu shot and T-dap Vaccine. The quote I was given by CVS tech is a couple dollars lower than Costco. I took my parent in but was charged much higher price. Each shot is about 20 dollars more than Costco price. So the total is $260 instead of $160 that I was quoted. Their initial estimate/quote is competitive with Costco pricing. Thus I don't believe it is by chance or mistake. I felt lied to and fell victim to their marketing strategy. I will no longer be a carepass member and will not get my annual flu shot and Covid vaccine here anymore.

Although this pharmacy is farther from me and has somewhat inconvenient hours, I choose to have my prescriptions filled here. The pharmacists are friendly, knowledgeable, and answer the phone quickly. They also apply coupon codes without me having to ask every time, making my life easier. Highly recommend this CVS location!

Kathleen gave me the best service I can imagine. CVS should be proud to have her.

This is the worst pharmacy. You can NEVER just run in and there and get a prescription. There is always just one person working and you have to wait for vaccines to be done. I work business hours so when I do sneak away to pick up a prescriptions, I need it to be quick. The man working today wasn't even acting like he was in a hurry. I had to have the prescription mailed to me. I will most definitely find a new pharmacy. This has been a continuous issue since I was forced to switch to CVS.

Had the most horrible experience at the CVS pharmacy at 6000 North Point Parkway this morning at about 10:00am on 12/20/21. Pharmacist was rude and snapped at me that the RX had been called in 3 days ago ( as if this was a problem). Complained that he was alone and couldn’t fill it for another hour. No one else was in line but me. Am 80 years old and not in good health so I drove back home rather than wait one hour. My husband said he had gotten notice in the meantime that my RX had been filled. This did not take an hour and I could have waited. Need to go all the way back! Have never in my life been treated so unkindly by a pharmacist.
