Major props to the Pharmacist & staff. Been getting scrips filled here for years. They always fill them in a quick timely manner esp when it’s for a UTI. Grateful for their promptness. The staff is friendly & ready to answer questions.4 stars b/c the phone system to reach the pharmacist area is a pain & you can get stuck in a loop. Tip - Press “7” when prompt list comes up.

We go this CVS all the time for anything OTC and occasionally prescriptions. It is one the best customer services in this area. All employees in Front and at the pharmacy are willing to help. It is way better that Publix Pharmacy or Kroger Pharmacy or Walgreens in this area. I do not understand, why people rate low with CVS at 11625 Jones Bridge. Maybe to they come late to Pharmacy, maybe they come with no proper insurance coverage, maybe with GoodRx. That may be the reason, most people complain about Pharmacy and pharmacy employee has nothing to do with process of dispensing Prescriptions. It is corporations and Insurance companies that control the process.

Very bad experience. I was the only customer standing there for 10 minutes and two employees just pretended not seeing me for the whole time. I realized afterword that this pharmacy maybe drive-through only??, which is still strange bc there is no sign or anything, but a reasonable person work there should at least tell me to wait or what. I will never use them again.

Excellent store plus the pharmacist r excellent. John & Dalton always have all my medications ready even with the other CVS closing they r extra busy. Still they do an Excellent service & with a smile. CVS is not just a store 2 me. We r family. It takes team work. Computer can't take the place of a cashier's. I need my cashier's plus I enjoy talking 2 Glory & the rest of the team.

It is very rude to turn a customer away that has been waiting in line because its a few minutes past closing time. I am sick I was just waiting to purchase over the counter meds that would have taken 60 seconds to ring up. You work in a pharmacy, you are supposed to care about people.
