Had an appointment for a PCR test and it was 20 minutes of entering data into their system. Their test also take 2 days which is ridiculous. Pharmacies in the Atlanta area are horrible

This is the worst CVS store I've ever encountered. I try to give them my business as it's closet to my home but no more. Every single time I go I encounter a problem. The employees at the front counter are never there and if you do manage to find one, they have zero idea what they're doing. Half the time I walk in and think there are no employees in the store! The check out process is a nightmare. I always get pandered in the store. The parking lot lighting and store signage in windows makes it unsafe. The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. Customer service is nonexistent. I called to see if they had an oximeter in stock and my reply was, "You just need to drive in here and find out." This store does not deserve to stay in business. I predict it will be gone within the year due to utter rudeness and incompetence of the employees.

I called the store to see how many cans of nutramigen formula they had in stock and spoke to a EXTREMELY RUDE associate who hung up on me while I was trying to find the item number because her lazy ass wouldn't walk back to check. Her name is Vivian and I called back but spoke to the pharmacy who told me they couldn't leave the pharmacy to check so they transferred me back to Vivian who ONCE AGAIN gave me an attitude after asking her to simply walk to the aisle and count how many cans they had left. I live 30 minutes away from this pharmacy and I am not going to drive with my infant to MAYBE get one single can of formula I need. I was not rude and I think this kind of behavior is ridiculous and I don't think they should be giving someone who can barely speak English on the phone to speak to customers.

The Indian cashier that works here messed with the self checkout so that I wouldn't be able to self checkout when she saw that I was on my way to self checkout. Maybe she thought I was going to steal something because I don't look like I'm from around here. And then she checked me out. The coupons and the discounts here are very misleading, you have to read the very fine print. The pharmacy personnel are very helpful, God bless them.

I'm guessing most pharmacies are getting a bad rap during Covid, but this store is great. I've been through the drive-thru several times (just moved here from the west coast) and both pharmacists have been great. Even grabbed a few groceries as I have a newborn and am quarantining. Thanks guys.

Pharmacy Techs are just rude. You almost get a sense that you are inconveniencing them when you pick up your prescription or ask a question. I came straight from my doctor and was told (with an attitude) that my prescription had just been received and it would be 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot only to be told that my prescription had not been pulled and would be at least 15 minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened. Pharmacist seems very pleasant and willing to help because of the miscommunication.
