The folks at Crawl Space Lizard are great. I’m a builder, and these guys came in and professionally assessed, advised, and implemented a complete solution that included a sump pump water management system, a dehumidifier, and total encapsulation. System is working great!

Crawlspace Ninja did exactly what they said they would do and when. My crawlspace is clean and the humidifier is doing its job.

I’m a real estate agent who has used them for myself at my personal home and also to save deals for clients. Robert and his team are professional, quick to respond, and have always been super informative to make sure you’re confident that they’re not just selling snake oil. I’ve talked with every big name crawl space company and I can tell you these guys are without a doubt the only guys I’ll call.

Professional, on time, and fair pricing. I had quotes from three other companies and chose to work with CrawlSpace Ninja due to the interactions I had with Robert Hughes, the owner: it should be a given, but Robert was the only person who treated me respectfully as a solo female homeowner. Further, Robert even offered an option for a less expensive fix to my crawl space — this fix met my needs and the humidity in my house and crawl space is finally at optimal levels!I absolutely recommend the Alpharetta Crawl Space Ninja folks!

The ninjas are superb! Affordable and very trustworthy. They saved us $20,000 on a basement water/mold repair that other companies mis-diagnosed. They were prompt and easy to communicate with. Thanks team!

DON'T LET OTHER COMPANIES SELL YOU UNECESSARY SERVICES/REPAIRS.I know Crawl Space Ninja has fewer reviews than other companies, but Robert gave us the most honest feedback regarding the work that needed to be done in our crawl space. I likely would not have called them if my boss had not recommended them.My partner and I bought our 1950's ranch in East Atlanta 5 years ago. Our home inspector noted that we needed to replace the vent mesh and have a crawl space inspection as a general recommendation. We knew that we occasionally had some water intrusion in our crawl space, but it only came up 2x over the last 5 years when our pest control came by.We got quotes from 3 companies (Crawl Space Medic, Trotter, and Crawl Space Ninja). My little OCD heart loves the look of an encapsulated space, but going into this we didn't know what really needed to be done other than the vents. The first two companies came out and quoted $11,000 and $25,000 for encapsulation, French drains, dehumidifier, and sump pump.Robert was able to work us in on short notice and his communication was great. He did the same inspection every person did that came out earlier in the day, but included temperature and humidity readings in his findings. He told us that we could do all the things previously mentioned by the other companies, but ultimately recommended getting a hygrometer for our crawl space before deciding to to any work. The air, wood, and foundation wall humidity readings were all within normal limits that would not encourage mold growth.I still feel like I owe Robert something other than a review for his honest feedback that saved us double digit thousands of dollars. We spent about $100 on the hygrometer he recommended and some water monitors for the spots that looked like water had sat in the past. The water monitors confirmed that there was one spot regularly having water intrusion with rain. We decided to have our downspout drains replaced and have not had an issue since. We hired another company to the drains because that is not a service Crawl Space Ninja offers. I feel much more confident that because of Robert's honesty we had the work we *actually* needed done and not a bunch of extra expensive stuff that wasn't.

Crawl Space Ninja of Alpharetta did an outstanding job encapsulating my crawl space. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process. Kept me informed through out the job and even showed before and after results. Outstanding company and if you are looking for crawl space work, call Crawl Space Ninja of Alpharetta. I have had other work done on my home by other contractors and those contractors need to follow and adopt the work and professional practices from Crawl Space Ninja of Alpharetta.

Be cautious of ordering from DIY store. I called and spoke with the phone assistant - they gave me incorrect measurements (item was 14.5 inches including spigot; NOT 14 inches) AND left out the fact that the item didn't come with all the standard parts (open box purchase). I regret that I don't think this is consistent with their company but my experience with this has me considering different sources altogether for further crawlspace supplies.
