Usually busy, but they take care of everyone as quick as they can. Store is always clean and nice. Only 6 self checkout lanes now, while still quick, today was our longest wait so far.

They have way too many things that I want to buy bust restrain myself. Choice is good. Although they stopped carrying some items I have bought for many years.

Had a very interesting experience while exiting the store today, as we were getting our receipt checked to leave, the costco employee tried teaching my toddler about slavery.
One thing my toddler looks forward to during every costco trip, is the employees drawing him a funny face on the receipt while leaving. Today he asked the employee if he can get a happy face on his receipt, she said “you need to say, can I get a happy face please” sure, he smiled and he said please. We are all in to enforce good manners and I am glad she said that and my son reciprocated. All good until now! But what ticked me off was after handing him the receipt back she said “you need say thank you, I am not your slave” I was dumbfounded and took me a minute to process why would you say something like this to a kid!?! I had to call this out, unacceptable. We have had nothing but five star experiences with Costco but this was a very disappointing one. I think it would take a lot to be this mean and heartless to a kid who doesn’t even know what a slave is and who is still learning and not even in kindergarten yet. I don’t think you should take your personal experiences and rub it on a kid who is a stranger to you.

I will never come to Costco again a supervisor literally saw me walking and literally roped off the isle. He could have simply let me get what I needed. Instead I had to turn around and make a complete circle. I felt so disrespected and pissed I just left everything and walked out of the store. Never again. Customer service is trash

Definitely different from the Duluth location.
The gas station doesn't have a 20 minute line, thank God.
And this location carries some of my old favorites that the Duluth location quit carrying.
And the customer base is so much more polite.
The Dulth location has the friendliest staff that are just completely abuses by their customer base.
I had to intervene in between a belligerent male customer & an older female employee last time.
Good riddance to Duluth!
