We went to purchase two frames. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The “manager” would not give us the courtesy of looking at us in the face and conversing with us but instead continued to act busy and annoyed that he had to answer a question. He had the customer service skills of a 17 year old and was unable to answer our question with a simple yes or no so we just walked out without any glasses at all. Costco is selling so many glasses they don’t really care about that though. No one will even know we were there.

Got a email from Costco for a pop up sale on a Refrigerator on sale for $999.00 when I tried to purchase it the price was $1179.00 I called costumer service and they told me a mistake had been made after a half hour on the phone with them they told me to pay the $1179.00 then call them back and they would adjust the price at that time , NO! To say the least i will never try and order online again and I keep asking myself why I have and Sam's and Costco card? I bet next year they will only be one card in my wallet!

They have incredible glasses here, but they have absolutely no value for anybody's time. I have waited for an hour twice before I gave up to return another day to just pick up my glasses. Also, if you are shopping around when they call your number, you go to the back of the line again and wait another hour. They really need to hire some people from a Chinese restaurant to man the register, someone who has a sense of urgency. By just having two lines for those getting new prescriptions vs those picking up, they can significantly make this less horrible for their customers.

I now understand why the optical department has a 3.7 rating. I see that it probably over inflated. After my first visit I should have gotten a clue. The office staff seemed completely indifferent about me as a customer. Then after my exam I could see where the attitude of indifference comes from. After a recent exam, payment in full, and an issue with the prescription I received, I returned to try and work it out. I was met with the same lack of care. The optometrist Dr Sadelmans only solution was to loud talk me and the only solution she could muster was to continually repeat, “I don’t understand how that could be!” I didn’t make up the issue!!! Well, I don’t understand either; that’s why I was there I the first place. The practice refused to take responsibility or even offer the possibility that a mistake or even a mild oversight could have been made.Costco management she is Costco in the customers eyes. PLEASE GET THIS UNDER CONTROL!!Thanks from a loyal Costco customer.

I am 15+ years customer. This optometrist is Unorganized, seems like they do not even know how to operate the machines, they did not even ask for dilution but report says I denied it. They are brand new and no experience at all. The previous asian doctor is gone. Do not waste your time and money here in this location.

I don’t recommend for the optical department. I’m surprised costco tolerates the office staff and the “optometrist”. I tried to get an issue resolved and dr Sadelmann got rude with me. All she could say was “this just doesn’t make sense. Louder and louder every time she would say it. Reputable Dr’s make a living by understanding. That’s what they train for!! I see the reason why their rating is so low. Please check the reviews it’s 3.7!!!!

FOR FOOD COURT ONLY: This food court has a lack of customer service or care. We ordered a pizza at 7:05pm, yes I understand it says times can vary, however waiting over 40 minutes without disregard for the extreme wait time or thanking us for all patiently waiting is absurd. Please put more people in the food court. This Costco is great overall, but I do have to rate it 1 star for the utterly terrible experience we had at the food court. Also, this is not the first time it has happened...if it was a one-off, I would be understanding. It is not.

Today, I went to this Costco and ordered a pizza before I went to shop. After I finished shopping I pick up the pizza. When I open the pizza box I saw a pizza has a foot step on. They gave me a pizza someone stepped on it. I took a picture of the pizza and showed it to a floor manager then he just said sorry and gave me a refund, that was it. I felt like he didn’t want to do any further action to correct this issue. This place sucks!!!

Sam and Neil are terrific in the optical department. Saw them at the end of a busy shift and they were still very friendly and helpful.

Haven't even had one appointment but I'm already disappointment with the initial customer service. I called last month to get rates for out of pocket exam fees. Last month I was told that for the routine exam the cost was $145 up to $170...I'm switching from a Doc with a Costco location in MD so these rates seemed on par. I called back the other day to see if the rates were still the same (inflation and all) and my call was returned by someone who seemed unsure at best but spaced out to be more precise. She quoted rates that were upwards of $50 more than the month prior. Then I called to check the rates in MD... this location is much higher. It feels like price gauging with no explanation given except saying the rates have changed. I will not be making an appointment here.

Was in line checking out with my groceries. I had to wait in a line that was about 40 people long. When I got there they rang up my card and said it expired and would not let me check out until I renewed my membership. Duhhhhhhhh here's a tip on Customer service Costco. Let the person check out THENNNN have them renew their membership. Don't act like they're are a wanted felon. Plus the associate at the self checkout isle was trying to act intimidating telling me this...dude it's Costco and I'm a paying customer. You're not scaring anyone Paul Blart. Extremely Rude service. Do not come here

Th staff is very rude. They work on tokens and I got a token number 28 but they were serving 21 at that time so I went to grab some milk and bread. When I came back they just called number 29. I ran towards them saying I am 28 and they said now you are late and purposely again asked me to get a new token.They were very rude. I will never recommend Costco to anyone

This is a good Costco! Friendly staff, nice selection, clean warehouse. Here is what I used: Gas. Waited for 4 cars in line. Best price for gas around here. Always busy. Tip: Use the RIGHT hand side pumps as shorter line, and the hose will reach all the way to the other side of your car. Food Court. Had slice of pepperoni pizza, which was fresh and great deal at $1.99. Pizza is a little greasy so use some napkins to absorb some grease before eating. Have had Hot Dog and soda in the past which is a steal at $1.50. Restroom. Clean. Food. Grabbed some fresh fruit and vegetables today. Good selection. See pic. Large quantities so buy selectively. No bags, so you have to use your own or grab some of their used cardboard containers. Free samples. Usually they have samples of their special items. Today it was smoked salmon! Yummy. One of my favorite items at Costco. Check out. Busy but line moved quickly. Use self serve check out to reduce your wait time. Location. Near GA-400 and traffic is usually busy here. Two more great uses of Costco online: 1. Great prices on new cars. 2. Best prices on rental cars when traveling.

This is where the party's at. This place is always bustling... weekdays and weekends. Finding a parking spot can be an ordeal. I usually have to brace myself mentally for the herds of people I'll have to navigate through. This Costco is large, clean, and has mostly everything we need. I mean the real reason we come here is for the samples.
