Bought four brand new tires. Driving home something felt off. Turns out they hadn't been balanced at all. When I went back to get them fixed they told me I'd have to schedule an appointment and it'd be 2.5 weeks. Awful service and quite frankly dangerous. Couldn't not recommend them any less

Limited hours.Ok customer service.They had trouble applying a coupon - I had to go to publix.Prices are same as like other pharmacies.

always a pleasure shopping gas is always the cheapest in the area This particular Costco is great because this is the only location I know that sells hard liquor! The liquor store is right next to the main entrance. Great prices for it too.

Happy members of Costco for 25+ years!However recent membership crackdown has a pretty bad side effect. We are 4 in our family. We have one executive membership, and 2 Costco cards. But during our recent visit we were told that we can no longer buy eye-glasses or contacts for two members in our family. That we must buy an additional membership to cover our family of 4 (you get 2 Costco cards per membership). This is quite ridiculous especially when you can get an eye exam for all four of us, with one membership, but can buy eye-glasses for only two of us. Costco, the humor and ridicule of this situation is quite obvious, hope you will fix this, soon!

Got a email from Costco for a pop up sale on a Refrigerator on sale for $999.00 when I tried to purchase it the price was $1179.00 I called costumer service and they told me a mistake had been made after a half hour on the phone with them they told me to pay the $1179.00 then call them back and they would adjust the price at that time , NO! To say the least i will never try and order online again and I keep asking myself why I have and Sam's and Costco card? I bet next year they will only be one card in my wallet!

I’ve never dealt with the rudest customer service of my life. Michele is SO rude and was not helpful at all. She talked down to me thinking I was a child, she talked rude about me to her coworkers after she stormed off.Update: Michele cancelled out my prescription when I left. I went to go back and pick it up and they didn’t have my prescription filled for me anymore.***The rest of the staff is awesome and extremely helpful.

The pharmacist Jake is such a j**** The arrogance out of this fellow made me cringe. Since he spends as much time filling prescriptions as grooming his ego, we all have to wait forever for a simple 5-min refill.

I don’t recommend for the optical department. I’m surprised costco tolerates the office staff and the “optometrist”. I tried to get an issue resolved and dr Sadelmann got rude with me. All she could say was “this just doesn’t make sense. Louder and louder every time she would say it. Reputable Dr’s make a living by understanding. That’s what they train for!! I see the reason why their rating is so low. Please check the reviews it’s 3.7!!!!
