I've been a member for 2 years and overall have had a wonderful experience. IF there is an issue a simple conversation with the onsite manager, the issue has been addressed. But any issue I've had have few and far between. Keep up the good work!!!!

I bought the $100 wash and wax. My car is ten years old, they cleaned nooks-and-crannies that were filthy for seven of them. A bit pricy, but (to me) well worth it, she looks like the day I drove her off the lot :)

I like the place. Some times day do really good job but sometimes not.
I’m just doing this review because I’m concern about the employees health and work condition. IM NOT AGREED the way that they have to work out in the son for to many hours ! Why the owner don’t put some shades for them to work more comfortable. This work condition makes everything sense why the workers doesn’t make good job always.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES

Friendly staff but I find the cleaning that is done to be of low quality.
My car is never gets cleaned properly.
I used to have a membership but canceled because of this.
I addressed this multiple times and showed them afterwards that for instance my third row was not cleaned at all. They would apologize, always say the same thing like: this is not our standard etc etc.
Like I said friendly staff but low quality cleaning in my opinion.

They made me go back and forth for the pricing for car detail … The person in front gave me the price and the other guy Luis pulled my car out from the wash which they started to clean cause he didn’t like the price what the other guy had given … I don’t know what was the beef between them I will never recommend this place to anybody I know… There attitude towards customers is horrible… I hope owners / managers should know what is going on at their business.
I wish I would have checked thier reviews before I went to this location ….. It seems like management is not bothered at all.
What a shame! They don’t even deserve 1 ⭐️

I generally like this business but they left me with a dirty windshield and dash was dusty, untouched. I expect better. I was rushing somewhere or I would have been paying closer attention

I was traveling and just stopped here. Honestly, I was really disappointed. It is a beautiful place with friendly staff but I was really disappointed with the cleaning. I didn't get a detail just interior and exterior but it was not thorough.

Tried Club Corners for first time. Nicer and bigger operation than I expected. Paid for a hand car wash and was disappointed that multiple spots were clearly missed on both sides of back bumper, trunk, and on driver-side door. The lady who cleaned the inside was very thorough though.

Beware of doing business with this company!!!!! They damaged my bumper. I pointed it out to the manager at this location. He would not fill out an incident report. He told me I had to speak to the general manager John, but he was not there. It took two months to catch him at this location. When we met, he said it was impossible they damaged my new car! He would not do anything! I asked for the owner's number, or the insurance companies number. He refused to give me either number. So I canceled my membership. In addition the overall quality their work is poor!!!!! They do not clean the door jams, engine compartment, gas area, the trunk area, or under the hood well.

I usually use their Crabapple Road location, but I used this North Point area facility due to being near that location. As with the other one, my car was cleaned well and the service was professional.
