Christian Brothers was amazing. I was having problems with my 2016 Ford Escape and they were able to run a diagnostic way quicker than the dealership! The team offered me a ride to pickup my rental car and my driver was so polite and helpful! After the diagnostic came back they gave me an insightful recommendation on what they thought I should do and helped me decide! They didn’t try to upsell me which was refreshing! I cannot recommend them enough!

Loved their communication with providing photos and videos of the cars issue however they were fairly expensive in my opinion. $3,000 for heater and radiator hose repair. Labor $1,800. I left the vehicle on premises for a long while as a I was told it was not in their way while I attempted to come up with the funds however I was told Johns Creek was coming to tow vehicles so I had to have the car towed to my home. Radiator cover was also left in garage and not placed on vehicle after the car was there for at least three weeks. I know how to find a way to get the cover without transportation at the time. It's not easy to just Theo the piece in a Uber. Lol Planned on getting additional quotes. But overall customer service was decent..

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Christian Brothers Automotive Shop in Alpharetta, Georgia, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The quality of service was top-notch, with the repairs done thoroughly and effectively.
The customer service was particularly impressive. The staff were friendly, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Their communication was consistent and clear, keeping me informed every step of the way.
The shop itself was in excellent condition—clean, well-organized, and even offering baked cookies, which was a delightful touch.
Overall, my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto services, and I will definitely be returning for future needs.
