Nir the Chimney Pro Cleaners tech dropped by on time this morning, checked my gas logs, got them going again and taught me about them all in just a few minutes! I’ve installed two sets of gas logs over the years, but both were years ago, and who knew how far gas logs have come, not me! Honestly, Nir really fixed what I had screwed up trying to clean the glass, dust, etc. Here’s a knowledgeable honest serviceman who didn’t take advantage of me and did me right! My best recommend for the quick neat, efficient and honest service! Thanks!

Very frustrated with this company right now. We have a problem where the smell of smoke comes into our house when we are not burning a fire. We called to ask if this was something they could fix and were told absolutely - we must have a very dirty chimney. So we paid for the upgraded chimney service. Guy comes out and says actually our chimney isn’t that dirty and the smell comes from the way we light our fires. He has no suggestions on how to get the current smell out but says it won’t be a problem moving forward. Well 3 weeks later there is zero improvement. When we call back we are told that oh - it’s probably in the bricks so there’s nothing we can do. We asked them to come back out to confirm the chimney was actually cleaned and they will charge us another $400. If this was a problem that they didn’t think they could solve; why were they so confident it could be fixed. Would have much rather had honesty upfront and saved ourselves the money.

The technician did a super job! He was on time, completed the job quickly and was very conscious of leaving a clean work area. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Chimney Pro Cleaners. Scheduling was easy and fast. The day of the inspection and cleaning I received regular updates on timing. The actual cleaning and inspection was quick and easy. All of my questions were answered fully and a needed repair was completed efficiently. I would highly recommend them!

Nir came out quickly, inspected my chimney with a drone, showed me pictures of my rusted hip cap and new rain pan, worked very quickly and showed to maintain my system. Getting a hip cap and new rain pan. Thank you.
