I usually visit this gas station twice a week to enjoy the green areas and make personal calls. However, on June 5th, 2024, the lawn cleaners were working, and I had no problem with getting some air on my feet. But one of the workers approached me angrily, insulting me and telling me to move because I was in his way. I politely responded that I had no issue with him cleaning while I was there. It was just air, after all.
He became very upset and started hurling racist insults at me, possibly because of my skin color or my face. He said many racist things, showed me obscene gestures with his hands, blew air in my face with his machine, and continued to say very nasty things to me. I had to leave because there were several of them, and I felt very scared.
I managed to take a picture of their trailer from a distance. I am very saddened by this incident. I never thought my favorite place in this city would have people who want to randomly attack others.

Their drinks are expired for 2 months in this store. They don’t give refunds on their old products. Bad customer service.

I’ll say the cashiers are fine they’re very cool great customer service. However I’ve been coming here for over 5 years never had an issue a problem with anything.They Sold me 2 ELF BAR VAPES saying it was a deal 2 for $35. 1 is defective asked the manager if I can exchange it for the same exact one, he’s telling me to bring it back 2morrow. FOR WHAT? Saying he doesn’t want to take a loss but I just took one buying this less than 10 mins ago. I will be sure not to give them my business ever again. From reading the reviews I am not the first one who has had this issue. Treat your customers better especially when they have been giving you business for years.

Giving them one star since it's the lowest one I can. I've been coming here for months to buy their Elfbar vapes. They have a good selection and usually have a special. I bought 2 a few weeks ago. Opened the second one on Monday and today (Thursday) it's completely dead. It's a 5000 bc product that should last weeks. I charge my vapes nightly and it turns out this one must be defective and isn't charging at all. They are completely unwilling to replace it. Even though I'm willing to buy 2 more like I usually do. The guy basically told me he's not willing to take the loss on an $18 defective vape even if it means losing my business and the $35-50 I pay them a month for them. This business does not stand by the products they sell and doesn’t care about having loyal customers. I'm never coming back here again

What do we expect from a gas station - this meets expectations- fuel, small last minute food,snacks etc shopping and a bit of air for your wheels.Quick fuelling, less crowded, quick fast shopping. Off you go. Happy journey ahead.
