Shyla is unprofessional and dishonest. I needed a zipper fixed and came in to this location. I specifically asked her if my receipt in which reads ZIPPER only, $18 was for fixing the zipper OR replacing the zipper. She said she did not know. I said okay! I then asked her to have the owner/management call me prior to ANY work being done for clarity. 4 days later, i never received a phone call. I go to the cleaners today to inquire on whats going on and the zipper is "fixed". Not replaced. There should be different price points for different services, and it should be noted specifically on the receipt. Also, if a customer ask to be called before work is done, then do that. That would have prevented all of this. This was a TERRIBLE experience. I will not recommend this cleaners nor will i give them any more business. Shyla is a big part of this situation going wrong as well. I should have left when she was unpleasant when I initially came in! That was a sign...

This cleaners is the worst cleaners I’ve ever encountered. The owner know nothing about customer service. He ruined two of my clothing and he lies about the stains were brought in like that. I advise to take pictures of ur clothing at the location before handing it over. They don’t know what they’re doing. I will never take my clothes there again. Bad for business!!! He takes no responsibility that he ruins peoples clothing!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!Service: Clothes pressing

Where do I start?I was leaving on a trip in 3 days and asked for 2 day service for just 5 shirts. I was refused and told to pick just 2. Apparently they can only wash certain colors together, and this messed up their schedule. I picked 2.When I went to pick them up, I was running late and asked them to wait 5 minutes after closing. Again, they refused. I arrived at 6:01 (see photo of my call) and it was a ghost town. If it were a cartoon, you would have seen trash floating down from the rapid getaway.Absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever.

NEVER again. I was going out of town in 3 days. I went to Chastain's with 5 shirts and asked for 2 day service. Here's where it gets crazy. They said he couldn't do all 5 in that time frame. I had to pick 2 of them because they wash them based on colors. What? So I picked 2. When I went to pick them up, I was running late so I placed a call to ask them to wait a few minutes. They would not. They said they close at 6:00. They would not wait even 5 minutes. I raced there at speeds I should not have had to, but I did anyway. I arrived at 6:01 and the place looked abandoned. I called. No answer. No one drove by me from behind their building, so they obviously left even before 6:00. Like I said. NEVER again.

I’m totally disagree about the last review...I’ve been coming here since may of 2008 and they have been very reliable and reasonable.

******DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE****** Last Monday 06/21/21 my wife and I drop some clothes to Chastain Cleaners to pick this up on Wednesday 06/23/21. I got the pieces and brought home . When my wife got home 20 min later she starts to hung the clothes and noticed that they change the color of her blouse. Immediately we went back to the dry cleaner. The Owner(we believe) was very dismissive and rude saying that they did not do it and said that the blouse was wear and tear and they don't put the pin in the place that it was in her blouse( like this could change the color !!) .He did not take any responsibility what so ever. After talk for a while and the "owner " keeping saying that he could not do anything at this moment and ask if we want him to file a claim with the insurance company and we said yes!! We now are waiting for an answer from the insurance company. This dry cleaner is located at 12850 SR-9, Alpharetta- GA 30004 ( On Kroger's Plaza).Be aware of this location because the owner will say those reviews here are not from his location!! Very bad service so far!!! As follow you guys can see the picture of the blouse.

STOP! BEWARE! Do not use this cleaner! They ruined my clothes and would not replace them. In fact they did not even refund my money for the cleaning. The owner was very rude and cursed at me when I told him I was was requesting a refund and wanted my clothes replaced. This place should be shut down before they rip off anymore of the locals. BEWARE!

Had to get my shirt and pants pressed last minute for my ordination this weekend. The gentleman stopped the machine and waited on me so I could make it in time. Got to pick my clothes up with the same day option! Seems like they're really turning a corner here. Glad I gave them a shot. And the prices are super reasonable too!!!

They ripped my brand new comforter and then proceeded to make me pay for it. They told me it was there when I brought it in. It was not. I do not recommend chastain dry cleaners. $52 for my cal king comforter.

Don't touch it, don't patronize therm!! I was never treated so rudely in my life by one man who was there for both my drop off and pick up. To wash my daughter's twin size comforter in a washer... thirty six dollars! The comforter didn't even cost that much! I usually use a dry cleaner over in Johns Creek, but with the virus present I thought I might stay local.....never again! How do they stay in business???
