The staff at this location seem uncaring. Upon entering, I was are left waiting as the employees engage in conversations, rather than assisting. Was scheduled with an appointment with the banker who said he was unaware of the appointment because he was too busy to check his email.

Wasted our time for three consecutive Saturday's. According to their representatives, their systems literally don't work on the weekends. Don't use this bank. They don't value your time.

If you have not an appointment then they will waste your time for even 1 min job. I had a notary service job and it's just a five minute job. I guess because it's not profitable they want to make everything difficult. First the manager ask me to wait 15 min and then after 16 min she told me go home and come back noon.
