I am a wheelchair user. I politely asked for a dressing room, I was taken to them and they tried giving me a normal dressing room. I was told “I hope you can get in this one cause we use the handicap one for storage”. I told her, just by looking at it I couldn’t even get my wheelchair through the door way, it was way too narrow. Even if I could then the door couldn’t be closed. So it took around a minimum of five minutes for her to clear a bunch of racks and mannequins out of the dressing room, it was packed with them. I finally got in, and found that the entire bench to sit on was covered in boxes and metal bars. Wheelchair users need this bench to scoot onto to try things on. It can be near or impossible to get certain clothing items on in a wheelchair. And the bench provides that freedom. This was ridiculous. This stall if for handicap people, it should be available to them, not used for storage. After she told me to tell her when I was done so she could put the stuff back in there. This is against the ADA (Americans with disabilities act) it’s actually illegal. I love this store but this is a problem

I worked here for 2 weeks. As I was working here, it was an Unhealthy workplace. Talisha is VERY Rude. Very rude to the customers . While people were getting rung up, She would say rude things about people coming in the store and people leaving the store. Shanira Is a cool manager. Amina is very sweet. The workplace is all over the place There would be stuff all over the counters, Barely room to scan people’s stuff. Overall I would give this location a 5/10.

HelloHad a bad experience in your store on Alpharetta today. Was waiting to be wrong up after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Soon as we get up the cashier hops on the phone with her dm (mind you I’m. Still waiting) after she gets off the phone she has a conversation with an employee. I ask her can you please ring us up. She states I can do two things at a time. I tell her we’ll do it. She then says I’m not going to ring you up. As o ask my kids to leave she tells my kids not to go anywhere. As I tell them to go she states you can go somewhere else to get ring

Love the clothes but the manager who is always there is so rude. Making unnecessary comments and just overall very mean.

Yesterday, went there with daughter. She shared that lady there was extremely rude while checking clothes. She took a sweater out from a hanger, and she came bolting at her telling her that you are gonna put it back the way you took it out. Same She did with other folks for opening the clothes on table while checking them. She asked them to fold it the way it was. These days these workers don't want to do their job. I feel bad for the owner for hurting the business for the want of not working for what they are being paid. We definitely not going there. Northpoint will soon be like gwineet place mall because of the workers like these.

Thursday July 13 me and my daughter received the worst service ever the actitud of the employees were so rude that we even have the video film one of the employees did not let us to use the fitting room and make my daughter put the clothes back to she took them, my daughter just put them next to the fitting room the scene get so but that they call security they didn’t care that my daughter is pregnant I will never buy anything again here and definitely never recommend this store

Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Went here yesterday purchased 2 unitards/shirts. The girl working on yesterday mentioned nothing about I wouldn’t be able to return them because I’d the material. Went there today to return them because the actually ran big and the so called managed ANARA (or something like that) told me that I couldn’t even though it doesn’t say this on the receipt. I expressed that to her still no exchange she said. A lot of other locations have already went out of business and by the looks of it this one isn’t too far behind. The people working here doesn’t care anything about providing great customer service. You would think they would hire people of quality to help keep business a float. I love the smell of their women perfume but that’s not enough to keep me coming back.

I don’t normal leave reviews, however, this experience was terrible. Two women working the morning opening shift today were a bit disrespectful. One say hello to me. I’m soft spoke and get told to speak up often so when I said hi back I wasn’t sure she they heard me. Well they didn’t and proceeded to talk about her they hate speaking to someone and they don’t speak back. I only am commenting about this as being disrespectful because as a customer shopping around and hearing employees talk about you is rude. I left the store because I didn’t think the experience would get better.People especially people that work in customer service should really learn to be kinder. I’m a sensitive person, so excuse me for taking it to heart. However, I hope these two women see this message and think twice before talking about someone.

I’m sorry but we might not be going to the same Charlotte Russ because the first time I went the clothes were super cute and affordable, they were good quality too and the costumer services was alright obviously because of COVID the dressing rooms were closed but honestly I would spend a good amount of money there if I could I love their clothes and planning on going back soon

Wondering why they go bankrupt? So they are open again after the shutdown. Dressing rooms are closed. So far so good... many have that. But they don’t let you return either. You can exchange. Why would I buy something in this store? Was our first try, didn’t buy, won’t walk in again.

Giving 1 star cause google womt let me post without a star, terrible customer service, I hope management check the service at this location, specially for apparently " Supervisor? Shanice, she is terrible and horrible attitude. Not sure if she is in drugs.

Great customer service my wife was in Today with my young daughter 6yrs old Two older Ladies was getting Loud with the staff my wife said one young lady seen my daughter and apologized I want to applaud here for keeping here cool the Best she could wife said they wanted to fight but the staff handled it thanks to the Lightskin Lady think here name Shanice

Walked in nobody asking if we needed helped. It’s not preferred but it’s great to feel like you’re welcomed. Waited at the fitting rooms for 20 minutes until one of us had the courage to say something. While we waited they just stared at us almost expecting us to give up and leave. Checking out, lady was extremely rude and quiet. No questions asked. Didn’t give clear instructions when using card to pay. Took her FOREVER to check me out while a line formed behind me only for 4 articles of clothing!! Love the clothes here but for gods sake work on the customer service a bit.
