Drove an hour to get here, and it was closed during open hours. Apparently the owner only works randomly when he feels it’s appropriate. The hours on Google and the front door mean jack squat.

Shannon is very good at what he does. He took me through the whole process of getting my first piece framed, gave me many options to choose from, and gave me recommendations based on his expertise. You can tell he truly wants his customers to be satisfied with what they get. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Carter House Gallery and Framing for all of your framing needs. Shannon, the owner, beautifully framed three 11X17 pictures for Christmas gifts this year. He asked me if the pictures would be traveling, and how and when I told him I was shipping them to my parents and to my brother, he took the time to pack the pictures so they would not break in transit. I appreciated his going the extra mile to help make sure that the gifts would not be damaged. Wonderful experience.

Needed a hugh map of the United States 48×74 mounted on wood. Shannon did a great job. It came out nicer than I expected. He was even nice enough to personally deliver it to my home free of charge, after I discovered it would not fit in my SUV. I highly recommend Carter House for all your framing needs.

Amazing people! They were extremely patient when I took forever to pick out my frame. They even ended up suggesting something that looks so much better. And, they got it to me before i left town!!! So, so thankful for such expedient service!!!

If you are looking for the best frame shop in the Atlanta area, go to Carter House Gallery and Framing in Alpharetta! Shannon, the owner, always does an awesome job when we take him things to be framed. When we travel, we always buy a piece of artwork from a local artist in the place in which we are visiting. The first place we go after returning home is to Carter House. Shannon does such great work. He will take the time to help you pick out just the right frame, matting, and glass. We are always beyond happy with the final result!

My wife and I had never gotten a custom frame before, but when we couldn't find a frame for a couple unique pieces we wanted to hang above our bed, we tried this place out. Shannon was really patient and helpful with our lack of experience. By the end of it we had what we wanted and it was all chosen by us - Shannon just guided us along the way. Excellent experience.

Shannon was very helpful with picking the right custom frame for a Christmas present. I brought it to him last minute but it was no issue for him. He was fast, affordable, and the work was very well done. I'd recommend him to anyone with framing needs!
