This place needs a major overhaul. The staff in the pharmacy is obviously overworked. And it shows in their attitudes--but I can't blame them. Everything is rundown. I don't know how they can keep up with the volume. The place is a dump.

So I know the law and it says that I'm allowed to get 180 Broncaid pills per month but the Indian pharmacist (Older Man) refused to sell me more than one completely wasting my time not to come back in a month. Didn't even scan it in the system to see I was correct, completely unprofessional normally there's a different woman there but I guess he's working now. CVS do better certain people aren't good with customer service and getting the job done.

They do not open on time, which is hugely disrespectful. And then they don't have Rx's ready. And then their attitude is like they could care less. Horrible.

If my insurance didn't mandate that I full my prescriptions at a CVS, trust me, I wouldn't. Every time I go in, I feel like I'm bothering them. What's finally prompting me to post this review is their treatment of my dog's prescription. She needs dorzolamide for glaucoma. Pretty standard drug. I tried filling this a month ago by handing them a paper prescription which they completely lost. I called my vet and had them call in a prescription instead. At first they said they would have to special order it, and then they said they'd contact the vet for an alternative. A few days later I called to follow up. They were still waiting for the vet. I called the vet. They've not received any faxes or phone calls at all from CVS, and furthermore there isn't an alternative as, as I mentioned before, this is pretty standard medication and it's not on back order. Fortunately since this is for my dog I don't have to go to CVS for it. I called Publix pharmacy and they said they'd have it transferred and filled within the hour. Take notes, CVS.

I just wanted to comment on the general appearance of the exterior. Weeds taking over, parking lot cracked and in need of repair, trash (including exam gloves) all over the parking lot. The whole place looks tired and run down. Feel sorry for the employees who have to show up there every day.

This CVS is in dire need of exterior maintenance and updates. The landscaping is a mess, with weeds and crepe myrtles that are not properly maintained. Many of the CVS illuminated signs are burnt out or do not work and the exterior needs a pressure wash and paint job. It's a shame seeing the exterior of the CVS deteriorate over the years, as it has become an eye sore compared to the rest of the new and revitalized businesses on Main Street.

Thank You CVS Alpharetta for getting my RX refilled early as I was going out of town for a month and needed to get a refill a week early! Great Customer Service, Always
