I placed an online order Nov 26, 2022 and still have not received my order. After not receiving any communication about my order, I contacted Gracious Home on 12/8 about the status of my order. They responded they had no information about my order and would have to speak to management. On 12/12 I contacted them again to check the status of my order. They responded it should ship out next week. I asked if it’s normal for their online orders to take this long and why mine was taking so long. They said the lead time is normally 2-3 weeks and my item was back ordered. I messaged them again on 12/23 and still do not have my order. I’ve never dealt with any company whose communication was this poor. They should keep the customer informed of order status not the customer trying to figure out if they will ever receive their order. I will never purchase from them again.

Placed order 11/27/22. Called customer service an spoke with Joel three times. Each time I was told I would get an email when my order shipped. Finally, I called the NY store and was told my item was out of stock! Why Joel never told me this is amazing! Terrible customer service! I will never do business with this company again!
