I went to purchase and selected few and want to check fittings. The shop is opened until 10pm. But fittings room close at 7:30 pm. It is waste of time of my shopping whatever selected I can’t try. Management need to rethink closing so early.

This place is big for nothing, clothes are cheap! Bought some pants for my trip and they ripped first time wearing them. Clothing is cheap and will not support them again.

Last weekend, I visited this Burlington location for holiday shopping for my family. Not only was the customer service great, but the availability of clothes for my son and I were as well. The prices were awesome and I was able to find a good bit of things my son liked for fall and winter. I also found myself a few nice jewelry pieces, sweaters, dresses and activewear for my fitness journey. They also had one of my favorite body sprays. It was refreshing because I tend to struggle with finding cute quality items as a plus size girl! I ended up spending about $400, and it was well worth it. The next day I checked my receipt and noticed that I was charged twice for one of my jewelry items. I called the store to explain that and they were very nice and let me know they would refund it if I came in with the receipt. I came back today to complete the return and brought all my jewelry items back in and they were able to fix it with great service and a refund. Aside from that hiccup (merely because of the time and inconvenience), the experience was fabulous. I will be back to do more shopping!

Poorly stocked in shoe department, especially sizes 10 and up.Hit or miss in women's clothes. Mostly very basic styles.

Not just coats anymore. They have lots of stuff here. To be perfectly honest, I just walk up and down the aisles and racks aimlessly while my wife does meaningful shopping. I look naturally suspicious, so I’m sure I keep the security cam people and the storewalkers very busy. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because their man-chair is out in the non-air conditioned entry way. It’s about 107 degrees with the heat index today, and I don’t want to experience heat stroke here. I can think of many better places.

Why would you bother being open until 11 if you’re going to close the fitting rooms early?! How hard is it to unlock a door and let someone try clothes on.

me and my family been shopping at this specific Burlington for years and we like it . Never had an issus with purchased or returned . This evening we went to check out and also complete a exchange for our sons sneakers and we didn't have the receipt but we had the card we made the purchase on. Brandi the cashier was very rude with us. She said without a receipt or the tag for the item we could not return it which we knew was not true because there were plenty times we return item without the receipt but had the card so we asked for the manager and Brandi said that the manager would not be able to help us and would tell us the same thing that there is nothing that they can do. Emily the manager came and was easily able to explain that we could return the item after puttiitng in the card that we purchased the shoes on originally. We were then asked to wait for the cashier to come help us check out the new items we were purchasing. During that time there was no apology given from Brandi or even a understanding gesture she just scan our items and even scan it incorrectly by overcharging us for one item which we found out on our receipt at home and also there Is an extra item on our receipt that we don't recognize and don't have. So overall it was a terrible experience checking out here and we have been loyal Burlington shoppers for many years for our family. It's so disappointing though that a store that you spend over$ 400 for family clothing and other items monthly and this is the way you are treated

This place is good for purchasing branded items for a good price. I got what I wanted but the Buford highway Burlington has a better coynnection than this.
