Brett Brandenburg and his team were fantastic! I was a first-time homebuyer, on a budget, researching the Georgia Dream program, and ready to make the leap from living a renter's apartment life, into homeownership. I found that MIG was a participating lender in the GA Dream program, and I applied online. Through the online application process, I was paired with Brett (so glad that I was). Brett COMPLETELY took his time with this newbie, from our initial zoom meeting in which he explained mortgage basics/terms and meanings, to understanding my budget and ensuring I was most comfortable with every figure he presented, to patient and timely communication through the loan process, clear through to a great closing. Even when there was a hiccup with GA Dream delays, Brett and his team stayed diligent and very reassuring. He made sure that I was taken care of from the very start to finish. Again, as a newbie to all things remotely pertaining to the homebuying process, I was in need of a real estate agent as well, which he paired me with a terrific agent who also took great care of me. Brett and his team did all of the heavy lifting and made sure that I was receiving Grade A services. Brett is a great loan officer and I highly recommend him!

Brett was great! He explained the entire process so we knew what to expect. He also locked us in at 1% lower than another lender we were previously working with and we closed in less than a month!

If you are purchasing a home or refinancing an existing mortgage you need to contact Brett Brandenberg. He was with us for a year long journey on purchasing our home.
