Save your money, and the postage to send the empty bottle back to get a refund. Doesn't work as well as purported, and is also a waste of time to ship back a bottle thru the post office. Sorry. But, that's a fact.

We have an elderly cat who urinated multiple times IN THE floor register for our A/C system. Wood floors. I spent weeks trying various enzyme cleaners, but nothing worked until I found BioFog SCOE10X! It took WEEKS and many applications, but the smell is gone. So glad I didn't give up!

I ordered this product on Dec. 2 and paid for 2 to 3 day shipping. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET. I should get a refund on shipping costs at least.

I've tried all the rest. I even paid a pet psychic to tell me why one of my cats repeatedly pees on things left on the floor and now my carpet. I even had a carpet replaced and padding to no avail. I found Scoe on Web search and gave it a shot. It's the only thing that keeps the smell from coming back and not an odor cover up.

This stuff DOES NOT WORK! It worked for 24 hours the first time. THEN JODI told me to saturate it & IT DIDN'T WORK! This is NOT a Miracle Chemical for smells. She won't give me a refund either because I threw out the bottle that had chemicals in it. Because I didn't want animals or kids into it. I have the Squirt Bottle & the Box. But we're more concerned about a bottle that cost $ .25 to make?? When you claim the best, BE THE BEST or GO HOME!!

I have a diabetic cat who, before we could get his diabetes under control, would urinate on our wood floors in the living room. Because most of the time we are not at home during the day, we would come home to dried urine on our beautiful oak floors. We tried everything to get it out but nothing we tried worked. Thank you, thank you, thank you. YOUR PRODUCT WORKS!!!!!!!

My cat got urinary crystals prior to a blockage, and he peed on my couch and rug. I thought I would have to throw them out. All the other products had reviews where some people said it worked and other said not (Nature's Miracle). Trail smells as bad as urine. I was in despair, but SCOE 10X had all 5-star reviews, so I tried it. My couch doesn't smell anymore I had to treat it twice, and I did miss a spot and will do it again, but I know that the outcome will be good. I'm thrilled!

It's true! We have tried so many different products we can't even begin to tell you and nothing worked! Not until we purchased this product! One of our babies has a condition, she can't help herself and leaves 'gifts' for us all over. We spray with this and it stops the odor AND stops her from leaving gifts there again! I love my cat and this has helped tremedously. I hope this review helps others with similar problems from having to take more drastic measures and considering ridding themselves of their beloved cats!

Our cat was ill and was using our wool dining room rug for a litter box. I tried everything. I found SCOE 10X on the internet, read the reviews, and decided to try it. It is unbelievable! Totally took the odor out. We hung the rug up, sprayed it down, let it dry, and the smell was completely gone. I am ordering more product to have on hand for other tough household odors. Thanks SCOE 10X!!!!

You guys aint kidding...wow...this stuff really works...... Just got my shipment, mixed it up with lukewarm water...waited 20 minutes...and sprayed down my dumpster out back in the alleyway.....wow...all I can say is that if it can handle that mess, (with no remaining smell at all)....then it can handle anything.... I am a long time user of a competing product (the one bed bath and beyond hawks)...and SCOE 10X is better...and cheaper.....nuff said????

After reading some of the reviews I gave it a shot. Ordered the product and followed the directions EXACTLY as they said to do. Was very ineffective on the pet urine area on the carpet. In fact, it made it smell worse. I called to get my money back, as they said they would, I would have had to ship all bottles back, which would have cost me close to $10. I was already out about $10 for the shipping to receive the product. I would suggest you save your money. Very disappointed. You are better off buying something in the store as they will give you all of your money back and there is no shipping!

At wits end with 5 cats - 3 males and 2 females (all fixed) - I was over the fact that for some reason they loved using the carpet for a urinal. I searched here first and then went for Google. I read every review out there. Majority, awesome; a few, not so hot. For me? AWESOME! SCOE 10X is outstanding. I used the black light to find the dirty spots and went to work. I followed the directions and Viola! Within 25 minutes my home smelled fresh again! Best part? No chemicals. If you are looking for a safe product that works as it should this is my recommendation. Thank you BioFog!

With all the hype and multi-star âd naseum reviews on their website, this stuff is terrible. First of all, the company claims that the product is colorfast. This is a misrepresentation of the truth, to put it nicely. I followed directions precisely ... 8 parts water to one part solution ... and soaked a 3 x 5 antique, Persian rug with it. Our cat and/or dog had urinated all over it, and Bio Fog claimed it could clean the rug odor-free and without running the color. The rug bled red, thus losing much of its dye. To top it off, the smell of urine was still clear and present after the rug dried. The company also claims hat they will refund your money if unsatisfied. However, you have to pay the shipping back. I dumped the remaining material out of the bottle and sent it back this morning. Hopefully they will at least keep their word and refund my money. I already spent it at a local wholesale rug place that specializes in these kinds of rugs. Update: They sent my money back. Try Babylon Rugs on Western in Los Angeles. For regular washing/cleaning, they charge $1 a square foot. Chemical cleaning to get rid of serious stains is much more. I take all my rugs here now.
