TL:DR - can't believe this place is still in business, they have zero accountability and zero customer serviceI bought a "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" macbook Air. It was a 2020 version so 4 years old. The price was still a bit high for the age of it, but slightly better than Apple. Since I've had trouble with Fed Ex I tried to change the item to pick up - but I couldn't because the shipper (Best Buy) wouldn't allow it, and I couldn't get anyone at Best Buy on the phone through support. The macbook was delivered - but the box was completely trashed. Inside was the computer in an inflatable sleeve - no invoice, and no cables. The listing for the computer said that a power cable and USB C cable were included. The lid and the bottom were dented. The computer wouldn't power on - thankfully I had a power cable from another mac and I turned it on. I booted it up and loaded it so I could see if it would operate. The battery at full power wouldn't charge fully. I contacted Best Buy support online and they opened a case and said that if I went to the store they would make sure I got the cables i needed - and all I needed was the case number they created.I went to this location and the first person I talked to at the desk just stared at me when I explained the situation. And she said - you want to return it? No, I'd like a power cable. We can't do that, she said. I showed her the transcript of my support chat and gave her the case number. She didn't want it, nor did she care about it. She went and got someone else - who also said "we can't do that". It's "open box, you get what it comes with". It's not open box (which is explicitly "as is") - it's "Certified refurbished" and the listing for the item with my receipt - which I showed him says explicitly "included power cable and USB C cable". The guy basically shrugged. "We can't give you one". The Best Buy support person opened a ticket and said if I came here you would, I said. "We can't." Some other employee walked by and said "I'd just return it." Which is what I did.Word to the wise "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" means nothing, support means nothing, and no one can apparently help you even if they sell you something, you paid for it, and you don't get what you paid for. They have no interest in helping you or making it right or making the customer happy.

Enough employees to help you out on the floor and in check-out. Ordering for pick-up is also pretty quick and relatively seamless.

I rate this store a 2 star in my because if the young lady who was crushing the register today. Outside of her I was preparing to speak w/ the manager and complain about the piss pour customer service.I walked into the store where two associates looked directly in my face and did not speak. I asked another associate a question and he responded without looking me in my face. He was dry & stale with his response & body language. The manager looked at me as well and did not speak either, so at that point who do I voice my concerns to.

I will not be buying any more products from Best Buy any longer. It used to be a great big box store, no longer. I spent over $800 on two new HP laptops for my family 6 months ago. These laptops have been acting slow and having disconnectivity issues. Trying to get support from Best Buy is next to impossible. Employees are rude and don’t seem to care to help. These laptops are only 6 months old, it would benefit them if they provided Geek Squad service for any products still in the laptop warranty age. I ended up having to work with HP which is also a hassle and road to nowhere.

No customer service. Entrance smells like straight cat urine, all the way to mobile area. Employees truly don't help with anything unless you bother them. Employees are always on their phones taking personal phone calls at the front doors instead of greeting. Good waste of money BBY on the remodel at this location. Also your HT associates and Mobile associates don't care to make a sale if their paycheck counted on it. I haven't worked for BBY 4+ years and I had to teach a employee how to use the POS... I can't imagine this store being around much longer.Corie Barry has truly destroyed this tech retail giant. All about profit and keeping your investors happy and destroying the company from the ground it stands on. Great job! Can't wait to see what her next C level position will be at her future company.

So I went to a Best Buy at Cummings to buy a MacBook Pro, and the person we called for assistance talked to us as if we couldn’t afford it. And then we came to this Best Buy and we met an employee-Aley-and he treated us way nicer. The difference between this best buy and that one is so much more nicer.If Aley sees this, thank you.

Best Buy online may be the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase. They are the worst at exchanges, not being able to call a store to hold an item, refunds, store credits, etc. They will do price matches- have fun with that one with the online store! How is Best Buy still in business???

The online reviews of the products sold here provide more useful information than the employees do. The employees have very limited knowledge of most products sold and obviously have received very little training in this area.

The line for the cashier was too long and it took more than 15 minutes just to check out. It was lunch hour and they only had one cashier.

My original review, from last year, was deservedly negative. Since then, the store has made a significant turn-around. It's become a much nicer, cleaner and more enjoyable place to shop. I've purchased several expensive items from them in the past year, such as a condenser mic, web camera, led lights and a gaming laptop. I've been happy with all these purchases.

Ordered an item online. Got a message it was there. Showed up to the store wasted 30 minutes before they admitted they lost it.
