Would have made a sale, but too slow. They did t have the laptop in the color my wife wanted but they had another color. We decided let's go ahead and get it since it's here now. Adte waiting for 10 minutes for the guy to come back with the laptop my wife decided to just order on Amazon and get the color she wanted... Deliver by prime. I stand service is their only possible angle. If they can't do that then they're in trouble..

Nice to support a brick and mortar store, and the return window is short, but the return I had to make was painless ( with reciept).

Worst manager in the world, store manager by the name of Dominique ( caucasian white male) was very rude and had horrible customer service. I expressed to him that my Father’s Day gift did not get delivered on time he showed no sympathy and no effort to get my order fixed. He simply refunded me and said have a great day. People like him should not have a job!!! At this point, I require the general or the district manager to please give me a call or email me for further compensation regarding my experience.

Decided to come and look at a camera that I saw on sale. But I was pretty disappointed. All of the displays are bolted down to the counter. So you are unable to pickup the camera and see how it feels in your hand. I came in looking at a camera that was quite expensive ($2000+). Anyone that is going to buy a camera like that is most likely going to want to pick it up and feel it. That way you can feel the quality or how ergonomic the buttons are, look through the viewfinder, see how it feels in your hand. Especially cameras like this you may be on photo shoots for hours at a time. Not only did nobody ask if they can be of any assistance, but when I finally did see an employee I asked if there was any way I could pick up the camera and hold it in my hand? I was told that if I tried to pick it up the alarm would go off. Yes I am aware of that. That’s why I asked if it was possible for an employee to let me physically see the camera in my hand. He said no that’s not possible. I wasn’t given any options or a solution. On top of that the battery in the camera is dead so you couldn’t even turn it on while on display. Then furthermore there’s a restocking fee if you do buy it then open the box. So basically there is no way to hold the camera, look through the viewfinder without first spending $2000+. Well that’s the whole point of going to a brick and mortar store. Otherwise why not just buy it online then at the cheapest place? Very disappointed. I wanted to support a brick and mortar but am not able to.

I was waiting for over five minutes to be helped by someone, being overlooked, and watching multiple employees assume I didn't need assistance instead of asking me. I was waiting in line by the service desks in the TV area. Finally, someone said they'd help me but then disappeared for a long time and never came back. I finally had told one of the four guys twittling their thumbs behind the desk that I needed help. It took a while to receive my items, but everything else was fine. I would have given four stars, but the whole store, especially in the front by the cell phones, smells strongly like cats. It's terrible. Like, don't wanna breathe through your nose terrible. I've been there at least 5 times, and the smell was there every time. They should really fix that.

if you want a product, just go in and pick it up yourself. Do not even attempt to do curbside pick up. There is absolutely no point to it based on Best Buy’s policies!! when I got to the store, my order was still pending after it had already been more than an hour since I had placed my order. This system was still waiting to verify information on my order and the person who helped me told me I either could cancel my order and re-purchase my item ( charging my card more than once) , or to verify my information over the phone which would be 20 minute process . ridiculous!!!!
