The staff here were welcoming and very friendly. Their expertise shone through at every session. Not only did they help me recover fom my issue but I actually enjoyed being there! Fun staff and would highly recommend to anyone in need 5 STARS all the way!!

I had to attend 6 weeks of PT here for an injury. It's a small place and short-staffed. However, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to what is needed for a quick and safe recovery. I would highly recommend this place and I would go back in an instant if I ever need those services again. 10 of 10 would recommend!

I came here because I was having trouble with my knee, and I wanted to be able to continue running. Donnie was brilliant. He gave me exercise. I never knew existed, and even though I overdid them a little, he help me recover and I'm back running again I'm very happy.

Physical therapist that l am seeing at this location, Cheryl, is just amazing. She takes her time to listen and explain everything. Her massages are so helpful with reducing pain. I was just really lucky to stumble upon her.

My husband had physical therapy, and they did an excellent job working with him each time he visited. Everyone is so kind,courteous,patient, friendly and professional. We couldn't have picked a better place for his physical therapy, and he has improved so much in every way physically and mentally. I recommend Benchmark Therapy to anyone looking to regain strength, balance ,range of motion and so much more. Kudos to Benchmark Physical Therapy, I would give them 10 stars if possible, they're just that good.

There are so many choices for PT services in our area. I choose the one close to my house. by chance. Wow! Did I get lucky. Professional and efficient. Staff is always positive, engaging, and uses effective PT methods. I was feeling better quickly!!! Look no further for your PT needs, this is the place.

Completed my physical therapy with Cheryl at Benchmark Windward and she was amazing. Very committed to her clients and very knowledgeable. My pain has been addressed and I continue my exercises to avoid future issues. Now my husband is using her after knee surgery and he is making major progress in a short amount of time. I recommend Cheryl!

Fantastic staff! John is an excellent therapist. Addresses the issues. Educational in his approach about how to best resolve the medical concerns. Does not push visits. Just strives for great patient outcomes.

I recently graduated physical therapy and had a great experience working with John at BenchMark @Windward Parkway location. John is truly a miracle worker! When I first started, I could barely walk was limping with my lower back pain caused by a car accident. John tried various approaches including Dry Needling modality, IT WORKED WONDERS for me!! With his focused treatment and expertise, he was able to get my back/neck stronger again; I was able to restore range of motion, I could walk easily, I can get in and out of cars easily and I was able to drive again. I am back to being Happy Camper again! Can’t Thank you enough John!I'm really going miss the entire staff (and the riddles?) Many Thanks to Ms. Cheryl who got me started in the right direction, Ms. Whitney/Brandon: appreciate your co-operation/flexibility every step of the way! You’ll make a wonderful team!! Entire staff gels up so well and they are very professional, and friendly makes you feel at home!! Coming to Physical therapy became high light of my week, who knew recovery journey could be fun filled too ?Highly recommend Benchmark Physical therapy @ Windward Parkway Alpharetta!!!

I just graduated! I broke my patella on June 9, 2021, had surgery, and started with John Funnell in mid July 2021. I went in using a walker and was barely able to do that. My left leg had been completely straight and not bending for a month and a half. Today I left dancing, but sadly because I am going to miss my "BenchMark" Windward Family, John, Whitney, and Cheryl. John was absolutely great! He knew exactly what I needed and was constantly pushing me but in the nicest, kindest way! He is so knowledgeable about all things in physical therapy. He helped me get past needing pain medication which was so important to me and then to being able to walk without a limp! I can do most anything now that I was doing before my accident and I know I could not have done it without him. Whitney runs the front desk and totally takes care of getting patients checked in, insurance, and schedules and I am sure much more. I never had an issue with anything because of her organization. Cheryl, the other therapist with John, was always kind and encouraging and I loved to see her working with her patients. I just want to say if you are needing PT and trying to make a decision I highly recommend this BenchMark. It's an easy drive from downtown Alpharetta, but more than that, you will get the best care in the whole world! PS That cupping John did really worked for me!!!

John and his staff were great during my recovery period. Always pleasant and courteous but most importantly knowledgeable and helpful. iI would recommend this Benchmark location to family and friends.
