Great staff and VERY knowledgeable. I was greeted at the door, they were quick to swap out my son’s violin. I have always had a great experience at this location and from the staff members. They tuned my son‘s violin and helped him get his stuff into the new case. Easy process. Excited about the new location!

Emily provided outstanding customer service. I was totally new to the cello and she was so enthusiastic to help guide towards the best choice as well as teach me the very basics to get me off to a great start. I purchased a cello that day, but I felt even more that I was welcomed into a very special club. I will definitely continue to frequent Beau Vinci Violins for any cello related needs.

I had a restoration done at Beau Vinci for my violin, which was knocked over from a music stand in March, when the neck completely broke off. I live close to Beau Vinci, so I took it to Emily immediately the next day and she gave me a loaner violin to play on in the mean time. She said the restoration would take a few months, but it is doable. I got my violin back a few weeks ago after not playing on it for 6 months, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s good as new all thanks to Beau Vinci violins! Thank you for taking such good care of my violin!

Seldom have I been treated that poorly at a business; really disappointing. I play several instruments and had gotten a (very well rated) violin set (violin bow, accessories) as a gift and the bow needed re-strung. Upon inspection Emily says this is junk, costs more to re-hair than it's worth, we'll throw it away and we'll sell you another. The face she made said it all, what a puss. I said let me shop around; I was basically kicked out, happy shopping she says.If you're not sure you're going to spend some money, stay away.

Thanks, Emily! We're so happy with the beautiful violin. It's lovely to know how much hand-crafting went into it from your shop! :)

I purchased a beautiful early 20th century violin and bow from Beau Vinci and my experience there has been wonderful. Emily was very kind and informative during my visit and she actively makes sure all her customers are happy with their products. The moment I entered the stop, Emily tried to get to know my personal preferences and made me very comfortable, which is not something most violin shops do. When I wanted my strings changed before I bought my violin, Emily did it in a heartbeat and offered discounts for a new case and even a free complimentary shoulder rest and bow case. I am glad to go to Beau Vinci and I highly recommend to go here for any service.

Recently, I brought my treasured old violin to be restored at Beau Vinci Violins in Alpharetta. I hadn’t seriously played it in over half a century. When I returned, I was astounded by the wondrous, rich, and sonorous tone projecting with volume so pronounced that I thought a microphone had been attached! Emily’s luthiers are talented beyond question. And Emily was patient enough to instruct me in the basics of how to prepare to play and care for my violin. To be honest, that magnificent sound is only produced when someone else plays it. After so many years, I barely recollect which fingers to use, let alone how to hit the right spot. The cat is still esconced behind the bookcase! But without a doubt, after assiduous practice, I know that I can look forward to a Merry Christmas filled with beloved carols. And parents, take note, enhanced neural development is best accomplished by learning to play a musical instrument early in life, not by listening to Mozart. Emily can safely guide you along that path.

I recently contacted Beau Vinci Violins and spoke with Emily regarding rehairing my bow and evaluating my very old and well-used violin. Besides addressing my violin bow needs in a very timely fashion by experienced in-house luthier services, multiple structural challenges were identified on my violin that would need experienced artful hands. While I was waiting for my bow to be rehaired and diagnostics on my violin, Emily asked if I’d like to play a selection of violins. I was thrilled to play some beautiful instruments awaiting the news. Emily was very detailed with the value of the proposed restoration step by step, and encouraged and addressed all of my questions. This lead to a restorative journey that was exciting for me and my wife with regular updates and pictures of each step over the several week process. Emily and her Luthier staff, Daphne and Sally responded to all of my questions along the way and were professional and attentive. I’m confident that my violin is good for another 100 years. Thank you to Emily, Daphne and Sally. Improved tone quality, smooth-as-silk fingerboard, and enabled mechanics by virtue of a proper luthier prepared and seated quality bridge. I definitely have confidence in my future violin needs with BeauVinci Violins. .Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

Emily and her team is amazing. I’m currently renting a violin and they’re so beautiful, sounds beautiful, and is always in-tune. When I came across wanting to switch out my chin piece because the other was prodding at my chin, Emily was very helpful and quick to swap them for me. Now I can play with ease!

Emily was very helpful when we purchased my daughter's violin from Beau Vinci. We originally rented and then decided it was time for up to make the big purchase. About two years after our purchase my daughter decided that she no longer wanted to play, which of course was devastating to us, but we supported her. Long story short my daughter ran into Emily at school and mentioned wanting to sell her violin. I reached out to Emily soon after and about 6 months later it was sold. The process was easy and smooth and I really appreciate her help.

I was originally planning to have my cello bow re-haired. I searched the internet for Atlanta local cello bow shops and felt most comfortable with Emily's website. It was an hour's drive from Acworth, GA but it felt right. I was not disappointed. Mike greeted me at the door, listen my situation, and after looking at the beginner's bow I originally bought, we decided I'd try some new ones. I started with trying a carbon fiber and it felt sooo much better than my old bow. I tried a few others and Mike and Emily closed the door and let me just try them on my own. They answered all my questions. Very comfortable and low key. A most enjoyable experience and would definitely go back for any of my cello needs.
