The positive is they do meet you at the door with a smile. Saved them from one star.
After that they are super unhelpful. They are patronizing and don’t even try to problem solve. And so slow just for basic banking.

When I need an in-person banking transaction rather than online, this is where I go. The branch seems to be well-managed and staff is friendly. Last week a lovely teller assisted me with a somewhat atypical transfer to a family member's account transaction, and everything was handled efficiently and pleasantly. I have had much better experiences here than the other nearby branch at the corner of State and Jones Bridge Roads, where they seem understaffed, not particularly friendly, and there a significant physical barrier between customers and the teller that I can barely see over and I can barely hear what the teller is saying. So, I recommend this branch for either drive through or in-person. Thank you!

Hey ya’ll.. not sure why the bad reviews. I had a lot of worry deciding to visit this location and the concerns are unfounded. I was opening 2 new accounts, one for each of my kids. Kids accounts require in-person. I made an appointment using my online banking app. ANDI got a call from this location the day before my appointment (from the same person that handled our transactions). She kindly walked me through options, indicated what IDs i needed to bring. We arrived 3 minutes early. The BoA agent meet us as we walked in. The appointment started on time. Efficient and friendly. The line to finalize our kids very first manual deposit was fast, the tellers were understanding and friendly.I would absolutely return here for other in-person needs based on this experience. But I would also recommend setting an appointment if the visit needs lengthy support.

Terrible customer service. Waited for 40 minutes for operating safety box .With fewer branches limited hours with no Saturday service and limited staff .

My God, if I could give it 0 stars, I would, what a terrible place, every time I come, I always have a bad time, gentlemen, do not come to this bank, there will be no account, super problematic, unfriendly , ungracious, with luck, they make your transactions, the worst bank in the United States, ever would recommend 0%% not recommended ???????? what a disgusting waste of time coming here on Mondays they don't work a bank disaster…….

Incredibly rude staff. Specifically Naushaba Munawar who was helping my dad. She doesn't pay attention to her clients, very unprofessional, and ones was told about it, gave an attitude.

Terrible customer service. Waited for 30 minutes for a teller and finally walked out after I had probably another 30 minutes to go to get service At one point I heard the teller tell the customer to go get the manager for her like the customer worked there. I have been a long time bank customer but probably for not much longer. With fewer branches limited hours with no Saturday service and limited staff there has to be better options.

Hhhhhhmmmm … not sure what to make of my experience. Obtained a cashiers check from another BofA last week, initial wait was long, but process of getting check was quick & efficient.Here I was 2nd in line when doors opened, so very little delay getting served. But the process of getting the check was so different. Talk about dotting i’s and crossing t’s, I was surprised I wasn’t finger printed :OThe teller was almost robotic, refusing to take the name and address of the recipient from my phone (already displayed) and insisting I write it down, as handling my phone was a privacy issue ?I apologized to everyone in the line behind me, they all said no problem, this is the norm for this branch/teller.I’ll probably go elsewhere in future.UPDATE : Thanks for the copy & paste ‘stock’ response.
