ATM did not deposit all of my money. The woman working told me they've been having issues with the atm all day and gave me a number to call. Frustrated, I asked her why there was no sign on the atm. She asked me to step aside because there was another customer behind me. Customer service like this is why people choose to take their business elsewhere.

Even though the website says they will notarize something with an ID and a bank card from any financial institution, they will refuse. I went in for an appointment, the guy signed and stamped my form and then refused to give it back even though I had two cards from Visa and Mastercard (with major companies). They wasted my lunch break!

Go here if you want terrible customer service. This branch only had 2 people working when my 5 year old and I entered. I asked, and was told it would be a 40 minute wait for a wire transfer. Two more employees came in about 30 minutes later. At 40 minutes, I asked one of them how much longer and he replied at least 20 minutes and that I could do a wire transfer online instead of waiting. I immediately went to the branch on Windward Parkway and was helped within 20 minutes. The helpful associate at Windward said she would NOT recommend doing a wire transfer for earnest money online (completely opposite of the Main St employee).

This is one of the worse customer service I have ever gotten. I came in for a simple deposit that requires bank approval and wire transfer. Apparently, only the branch manager, Amanda, is allow to do it. There was one couple ahead of me that Amanda was taking care of. Amanda chit chat with the customers about their family, her husband, her dog, about the type of phone, health issues, etc... Over an hour later, she then took the customers to the office and I suspect to actually address what they came in for. Frustrated, I complained to the teller and she said that it was nothing that she can do because it was the branch manager. Never come back here again.
