Great location. Several staff members greeted us when we arrived and helped us immediately. We worked with Seema, she helped complete a transfer and educated us on several investment options. She was a fantastic representative!

If I could give 0 star, I would. The worst boa branch ever. I went to do a wire transfer. An employee asked me to sit to wait for available staff after I entered the bank. I sat and waited for more than 20mins. During the wait, employees are just having their discussions in a room and they don’t even care that there is customer waiting. After nearly 30mins, they came to tell me they have appointments now, I have to wait longer if I want the service. They could’ve told me at the beginning when I first entered. Instead they wasted me 30mins for nothing. No wonder the reviews are so bad. It reflects this branch’s services for sure.

Terrible customer service. Long lines and very little staff. Phone number to branch is never answered. Avoid if possible.

On September 28th 2023 I deposited my fee for my security box in the branch. To my surprise I got a email from bank that my fee is still pending. I AGAIN deposited the fee and again my account never got updated for the paid fee in time.Is this some kind of joke or the people working in this branch just took my money and never deposited it in my account. This is the first time in my life I experienced such a weird incident.Are their systems a total joke. I don’t know. Whatever it is, the bank commit a fraud with me by charging me twice for the security box fee.

Rude. I had fraud on my account was told to go visit the branch and report what had happen. Was given a business card and told to call the number on it. And employee just walked away.
