I have the CLARUS™ Antimicrobial Shoe Spray from my podiatrist, and the pump stopped working, releasing only a dribble rather than a spray, and the bottle is still 3/4 full. What a pain!

Total rip-off. Charged my insurance $612 for analyzing a toenail clipping for fungus. Insurance paid $408.31 and I was billed the rest (203.69). Looked up reviews online and found employees are harassed to gouge billing. This is what’s wrong with America, scam companies gouging insurance for bogus charges. Don’t use this company ever!

Friendly customer service, with quick testing turnaround time. Very reasonable billing practices, and their customer service is more than willing to help with billing matters.

Me and my wife needed our PCR test results back so we could travel internationally and couldn't reach nobody for the whole day that we should have received our results. Even the clinic where we tested at worked late trying to figure out why BakoDx wasn't answering emails or calls. Needless to say we probably won't have our results back in time meaning we won't be able to travel??? worse experience ever!

Was told I would have my Covid results back by 4pm next day and it's been over 48 hours now. No way to get in touch with anyone. When you call it says they are experiencing "technical difficulties." Absolutely ridiculous. Don't send your specimens here if you want them in a timely manner.
