I am happy to have found Avalon Auto. Great inventory, reasonable prices, and excellent service. Frank made the process simple and sweet, and I drove home a lovely, well-maintained, Acura TSX. I ordered a pre-purchase inspection for this vehicle, and the report was impressive. I am relieved the search is finally over! Avalon will be my go-to dealer, and I will recommend to others.

Just bought my third car at Avalon Auto. Have always dealt with Robert but this time worked with Frank. Great experience - the overall team is always helpful and transparent which is so important with used cars. Had no issues with me taking the car to my own mechanic, where it checked out in great condition. Avalon will continue to be my go-to for used cars. Thanks Frank, Robert and team!

The car was even better than the pics online. It was an extremely pleasant and smooth transaction. Frank was quick at calling me to set up a time to come out to see the car. Very friendly and the test drive was great. I had a pre-approval, so including the test drive, I was done with my keys in about an 1 1/2 hours. Everyone was pleasant , professional, and helpful. Highly recommend!! Ask for Frank

My partner and I recently bought a 2004 Lexus GX470 from Frank and Adam, and we could not be happier with our purchase! My partner did his research before we took a look at the SUV. He found out about Adam via Reddit, and he was impressed with how knowledgeable Adam is about these particular models as well as how he corrects any issues prior to selling. Our GX was spotless when we test drove it; we have shown it to our family since purchasing, and they have even said it looks brand new.
Working with Frank and Adam was such a breeze. We have never had such a painless car buying experience. No schemes, no hidden fees. We had a concern about the armrests in the car, and they reupholstered the armrests at no cost to us. Just truly standup gentlemen!

I purchased a 2013 VW Passat from Frank at Avalon Auto and am very happy with the purchase. Elias (one of the owners) was also very helpful. We drove by after hours to take a look at the car, and Elias gave us some information on the car and let us check it out that night.
We came back the next day, talked to Frank to see it, drove it, and were sold. The vehicle was in great condition, and when I asked if my mechanic could check it out, they handed me the keys and said, “See you when you get back.”
Letting me take it to my mechanic is very important to me, and these guys advocated for it, which is such a refreshing feeling.
If a dealer ever gives you any excuse on why they can't let you take it to your mechanic's location... walk away!
I had my mechanic check it out and was given the green light.
We were able to pick it up the day after our transaction with four new tires, beautifully detailed, and ready to go complete with a big red bow for my daughter’s birthday present. The staff are easy to get in touch with and answer every question.
It’s been close to two weeks since our purchase, and my daughter is loving the car. I am not very familiar with VW, but Frank has been very helpful with questions I’ve had for him even after the sale!
In my opinion, it’s the service after the sale that matters most, and these guys have been on point every time!
My family and I were very impressed with everyone at Avalon Auto! They are NOT your average small dealer and are particular about the cars they sell and have a great selection.
If you are in the market for a quality used car, you have to make Avalon Auto your first stop! Their selections are the best I saw after looking for more than two weeks.
