This place simply stole my money, sold me a product which came out bad and then I went to return it for my refund and they don't want to receive it. I purchased a AutoZone Duralast brand brake component from this location. The critical safety component failed in less than a year. The part carries a lifetime warranty. Other purchasers reported an identical defect. The part number is close to that of the same type of part under recall. I filed a case with AutoZone customer service seeking a refund or store credit because I was not about to have the same, dangerous brake system part installed on a family member's car. No contact back from AutoZone's regional offices in over 5 weeks and after half a dozen phone calls. The store manager would do nothing for me but start another case with AutoZone corporate. I am waiting for a corporate vice president to contact me regarding this issue. I have also filed a case with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration abut the shoddy part.

Went in yesterday to purchase battery for SUV FOB. Was greeted by Will as soon as I walked in. While he opened the fob he showed me where the batteries were and the one I needed. After putting new battery, Will walked to the front of the store, tested fob, and we were done! In and out in 5-7 minutes. Thank you Will for being so professional and kind.

Busted radiator hose. Took a picture of it and took it to the neighborhood AutoZone with my mother-in-law & WIFE. It was a very good visit to watch these women interact with the salesmen.I can tell my wife what a worm clamp is, but she doesn't listen to her husband. But, these two salesmen gave the two females an education.

I needed something spur of the moment on the way home today and asked before entering if it was ok to bring my *non service dog* inside due to the heat, the manager said it was ok. Amari not only did a great job helping me find what I needed but quickly became my dogs new best friend ? Thanks Amari and AutoZone!

I purchased two sets of windshield wipers from this location for 2 vehicles. One set of the wipers works well to clean one of the cars, the other set looks as though I never changed my wipers.

In 2020, I've got a new battery a few times since that, the battery has died (Zone recharge it) and weeks ago completely gone, I've take it back8:00pm,.empty stores, without checking the battery, they pulled all the info on the computer. I was told my 3 years warranty is expired,.. and I need to buy a new one, then the transaction goes so strange and wield, .."Ooo,.. we've been hacked, " announced the first one with sarcasm and laughs... the second cashier starts it over his computer,... same things,...so strange,.. They both definitely played me out with a computer. But !I need a battery,.. finally ! I've got receipts and battery..... It's still filling, so strange, like I was"Hacked," something not adding,.. I filled those two were just stills my money. I hope I'm wrong!
