Hughes was super knowledgeable and able to get my car back running. Fortunately it was only a battery issue which is something he specializes in fixing. I would highly recommend this location for any of your car needs. The staff are really sweet too!

This place simply stole my money, sold me a product which came out bad and then I went to return it for my refund and they don't want to receive it. I purchased a AutoZone Duralast brand brake component from this location. The critical safety component failed in less than a year. The part carries a lifetime warranty. Other purchasers reported an identical defect. The part number is close to that of the same type of part under recall. I filed a case with AutoZone customer service seeking a refund or store credit because I was not about to have the same, dangerous brake system part installed on a family member's car. No contact back from AutoZone's regional offices in over 5 weeks and after half a dozen phone calls. The store manager would do nothing for me but start another case with AutoZone corporate. I am waiting for a corporate vice president to contact me regarding this issue. I have also filed a case with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration abut the shoddy part.

Went in yesterday to purchase battery for SUV FOB. Was greeted by Will as soon as I walked in. While he opened the fob he showed me where the batteries were and the one I needed. After putting new battery, Will walked to the front of the store, tested fob, and we were done! In and out in 5-7 minutes. Thank you Will for being so professional and kind.
