I needed my breaks checked, I came here and immediately felt so welcome and comfortable! You can tell he really puts an effort into his space, there is a nice little living room type area to sit in, and everything is so clean and well thought out. He was quick with the service and he ended up letting meGo without having to pay him because my breaks were actually fine.

These guys wowed me again this morning. Been going here for years and this morning is yet another example of why. I have been buying tires for years from a large tire chain. This morning, I had a small screw causing a slow leak. The 3 locations of this customer-no-service tire chain near me said they were too swamped to help a lady with a small problem get to work. In desperation, I took it to Professional. 20 min, I was on the road and thanked for my business. The name says it all - Professional!

Love these guys. My husband and I have used them for years. Their excellent service has never wavered. They are very fair and honest and they give great advice, whether it makes them money or not. It is so great to be able to TRUST a mechanic! Men with great skills who- bonus!- know how to communicate - just wow!

These guys are intelligent and thorough. My vehicle runs brand new after going in for a few different issues. One of which has been overlooked by many others but they solved it right away. I’ve been a long-time (20+ years) customer of this business since moving to Alpharetta in 1995. In that time, APR has serviced at least seven vehicles belonging to me and my family. Repairs ranged from ordinary scheduled maintenance to some real headaches (transmission repair) and I’ve been more than pleased with the outcome every time. These guys are EXTREMELY focused on customer satisfaction. It’s impossible for any auto-repair business to be perfect, but these guys come close. In fact, in the few instances (maybe three in twenty years), where the repair took a little longer than estimated or turned out to be other than originally diagnosed, they went to great lengths to make it right.I highly recommend Automotive Professional Repair!Services: Transmission

I was referred to by another mechanic in the area because they were packed. With this, the mechanic I have used for a while and trusted so I already knew they were going to be great. I dropped my car off for a routine transmission service. They got the job done in a day though they were also very busy. I spoke with the service provider and went over a few other issues I had with the vehicle and asked for guidance. They kept the car another day to go over it and then gave me a call to follow up with another quote on repairs. First big complement is they had he person working in my Volvo call me directly. He called and went over all issues with the car and I went ahead and approved the repair. After another day, the car was finished. With this said, they were super efficient with fixing my car. Also, I was quoted by another shop that I needed new struts, ball joints, control arms, and a rear set of bearings. After the service was done on my Volvo, they replaced the right rear wheel bearing, tightened my driver side front strut and steering linkage and the car was perfect! Plus! Their pricing is some of the best around! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Purchased a vehicle from a local broker. The extended warrantee had just expired. And unbeknownst to me repairs to transmission had been "performed" It in air quotes due to the previous owner "servicing" by way of Shady Tree Mechanic. After going to a national transmission shop I decided to do additional research. A contact I know does rebuilds for toyota / lexus. Owning a Volvo, his counsel was guiding me to know who in the market does a great job at a fair price.I was given the name Larry @ Automotive Professional Repair. I spoke with both James and Larry. And they're local. They're knowledgeable and passionate about keeping a large mechanical repairs on time and under budget.The shop has a great relationship with its suppliers, which is important to insure parts needed are parts ordered and parts ordered are parts delivered.One would be well served to call the shop if you need Volvo work doneService: Transmission
